My goodness the bias by the commentator even not mentioning Kotuts lead take over and extended lead towards the end is so biased against Kotut. His mention of Kisa all the time as if Kisa was the only one running is really gallying. if you were listening on radio you would think Kisa was on the lead even towards the end. He me mnetions Kisa lead take over when the race was still far from end and when Kotut took the leaders he never mentioned his lead only said Kotut is on the attack as if kotut was coming from behind. When Koutu was in the lead coming a few meters to the end he never even mentioned that it was as if Kisa was in the lead. Commenators always down play Kenyan runners they are always praising ethiopian runners or runner from other countries yet Kenyans win all the races at least most and it is not even close the number of races Kenyans win from men to women. Never under estimate kenyan runners. We produce them like machines. there is a star born every day in Kenya and can win a race anytime even if they are not well known. With the exception of Kipchoge, there are others always in the pipeline

You are a paranoid android. Why on earth would an English commentator favour an Ethiopian over a Kenyan?! He mentions them both equally. Everyone who knows and loves distance running acknowledges Kenya's pre-eminence. Be proud; don't be paranoid.

@@tobyk8125 Just look at all the praise they hip on bekele. Always reminiscing on a few past good runs yet Kip has been winning almost his entire career and even beaten bekele. And of recent times bekele has been a no show with exception of the berlin race in past years after that he has been a no show. yet when kip and bekele are announced they might compete with each other there is an almost a 50/50 praise for the both as potential winners as if Bekele is in kips league. Who is going to win, who do you think is the better runner and then they bring an old clip of many years ago bekele in his hey days when he was winning. infact a Kenyan whom even Kenyans never knew about in his first big race he beat bekele in the London marathon. Come on man. Kenyans see the bias.
