Bleed Out - the album, signifies a bold leap forward for us. From contemporary, hard-hitting djenty riffs to soaring melodies displaying their symphonic roots, we have created a sonic journey that fuses diverse musical styles and thought-provoking themes. This is an album that is as epic as it is unflinchingly outspoken, and now more than ever, we aren’t afraid to make a stand on issues we care about.
Bleed Out - the single, is based on the story of a woman in Iran who was murdered because she refused to wear a hijab - Mahsa Amini. We explore the wider theme of shedding light on individuals oppressed by regimes that wield power to suppress their citizens and dismantle societies in the process. By raising awareness around social issues such as the plight of those oppressed by oppressive regimes, we aim to shed light on the inherent strength and resilience of individuals who stand up against injustice.

I suffer from CRPS, it's a debilitating pain condition. I have had it since I was 25,, a passenger in a car hit by a freight train. Within Temptation has helped me deal many a dark night. I'm 53 now. This band has gotten me through so very much. I thank every member with tears of gratitude.

Many of us here in the Netherlands have been fans since the late 1990's, when WT became well-known on the radio. Later on, I picked up on Nightwish more than Within Temptation, as NW offers more musical drama and diversity, but I never forgot about WT.

All the songs you’ve released so far after Resist came out are wonderful and this one is the best in my opinion. When I read Sharon’s description of the song on Facebook where she wrote about the song’s story, I expected a ballad for some reason. Instead we got this which was pretty surprising to me, but it was a very pleasant surprise. The melody Sharon’s overall vocal performance are amazing and full of emotion that touched my soul. And the riffs are deep, dark, heavy, angry ... Altogether it is a very magical of heaviness and emotional softness. The musical side of the song goes very well with the song’s lyrics and it all just makes you think about the story of the song, which is based on true events. Congratulations Within Temptation, this song is a masterpiece and judging by this one and by all the singles you’ve released before Bleed Out, I think the new album will be an absolute BANGER! Box-set pre-ordered, can’t wait!!!

These words... This music... They perfectly describe the story that I came up with. I imagine a girl who scared away monsters with her voice for many years, shed blood in order to save the inhabitants of her village, but unfortunately, people considered her one of the creatures. Still, her sacrifice was not in vain.

I love it. It's heavy song with important meaning. The story behind song is really heartbreaking and also inspiring to others to stand up and fight for thier rights, freedom and live without fear. The melody is heavy, but you can hear sadness and sensitive in Sharon's voice. It's really beautiful.

I love Within Temptation
I love it that they can constantly show something new. I started listening to WT during high-school, one of my friends really loved them and she was the one who introduced me to WT. That was The Unforgiving era, i love that album still and still listen to it then Hydra came and this friend showed me they did a song with Tarja, i was like what?! it was shocking for me and the other songs also banged And we run is still one of my favourites. Even saw them live in Budapest, one of my best metal concerts ever, thats where i met my first love. Then the Q music sessions came with the covers I listened to Summertime sadness and Radioactive over and over again for days. Then i finished high-school, started university and didnt really listen to metal at all. Then a few years ago i was like lets check what they're doing these days and found the Resist album which was not the WT i got to know but it was new and i really liked it, The Reckoning, Raise your banner, Mercy Mirror, Mad World all bangers i listened to them on repeat. It seems they started an even newer era with Wireless and I also really like this direction. I dont't know how you guys do it but keep doing it because whatever style of a song you make i tend to love it.

"Enter", their debut album, in my humble opinion, was the greatest album in metal history. Try it, it is a lot different than what they're doing now, but is worth to listen. Take care !
Great song! I still think they will never exceed the overall perfection of the 'Resist' album, you can listen through it all day and not get tired of it, one of the few albums ever written to be so great.

Silent Force was a great album, my start to the band, as it was the current album when I recognized them, but Sharons voice is so much more evolved now, their sound so much more defined, and their style really unique. It always has been the latter but the last two albums really moved them in front of others for me :)
They did on the album before the Resist album.. "The Unforgiving " was their perfect album. Every song on there was great.
@@powskier I never liked The Unforgiving, the album was alright overall but I can't remember any other song than "Faster" from it. The following two are way greater albums. Astonishing considering the age of the band but they evolved nicely and probably are better than they ever were before. I wish they would re-do "The Silent Force" in their current style. But with more seriousness than Lacuna Coil did with their Comalies XX, which was a proper downstep from the original.
I got to admit though, Bleed Out as an album grew a lot on me I even struggle to think it is below Resist now. They really are super strong these days!
They get better every time I listen to within temptation absolutely brilliant and so heavy an such a tight outfit and Sharon's voice is something else megga band thank you all guys jus pre ordered this album can't wait to hear it on my sound system for real
I love it! very powerful and touching, I am from Iran and I am so proud to have been a FAN for many years! WT is an old band but always up to date with whatever is happening in the world, love you all!
