I got into them not long after Unforgiving was realeased. I listened to most of the stuff they had out at the time. However, I thought Hydra was pretty average but I've been blown away since Resist. 😁

The Leaders who make these decisions often have no care for the lives of the ones who die or sacrifice. I am a Korean and have been a fan of within tempation for more than 10 years. This is definitely one of the best WT songs ever, it gives me so many feelings and I can't even describe them all.

Within Temptation is timeless. Discovered this band back in 2009 during my college years and have never stopped listening since then. This band has created a soundtrack to pretty much every major event in my life, and I am truly greatful for their talent. Blessings to all you and thank you for such great music.
Same here. The first time heard Angels was when it was used with clips from Final Fantasy VI’s added FMV cutscenes. Sadly, I believe that video has been deleted as I cannot find it anymore, but it was my introduction to WT who changed my views on how metal and classical music can be blended so beautifully.

They have been my favorite band since 2005, and Sharon den Adel is the greatest female front woman in metal today and has been for a very long time. There is no one even close to them, they are like a fine red wine they just get better with age.
I remember when I first heard their music 14 years ago around the time I turned 18 & instantly became a fan (which never happens with me). They’re still my favorite to this day (especially after seeing them live twice so far).
Funnily enough I first heard them in a football (soccer) video on UA-cam around 2008, I researched who they were, and they've been my favourite band since.
A lot of people say WT have become mediocre pop, but no, such intense emotion and deep topic is hardly ever touched by pop. I don’t care they are rock or metal. To me, they are their own subgenre already. So good to always try new stuff while keeping the epic spirit.

The Heart of Everything was one of my favorite Within Temptation albums. I have hoped for something like it for years. And The Silent Force of course. That album was amazing too.
WOW... poetry mixed with hard rock, with a message, and an artful video helping tell the story. Only Within Temptation could do this. This song is as much a hit and poignant as their first hit many, many years ago. As they age they actually get stronger. As I said at the beginning WOW....

Amazing song. Been a WT fan since I was a teenager and still am(15yr+ later) cause of amazing art like this. They have been one of the most influential bands in my musical taste and in my life. Their music heals the soul. To hell with wars!

What a poignant song with such meaning, especially with the war between Russia and Ukraine still going on. It truly gives a voice to those who do fight for their countries only to be shunned when arriving back to their countries, much like the soldiers of the Vietnam war. Wars in Africa are really bloody right now. Israeli-Palestinian conflict lasts for hell knows how long.

They have been my favorite band since 2005, and Sharon den Adel is the greatest female front woman in metal today and has been for a very long time.
There is no one even close to them, they are like a fine red wine they just get better with age.
I remember when I first heard their music 14 years ago around the time I turned 18 & instantly became a fan (which never happens with me). They’re still my favorite to this day (especially after seeing them live twice so far).
Funnily enough I first heard them in a football (soccer) video on UA-cam around 2008, I researched who they were, and they've been my favourite band since.

Amazing song. Been a WT fan since I was a teenager and still am(15yr+ later) cause of amazing art like this. They have been one of the most influential bands in my musical taste and in my life. Their music heals the soul.

Смотрю, тут многие начали выискивать символику разных стран. Откройте глаза и посмотрите шире, здесь же чёткий посыл - суть не меняется от перемены черт лиц и символов.
