I whole heartedly agree but that was years of abuse and neglect. I can understand her having to go to court and explaining herself If she was 80 yrs and no one to help, that's one thing but again, look at that neglect. Neighbors SHOULD help a neighbor out with a mow but not a $4,000 cleanup.

I think when folks look at buying a home, they have to consider the amount of work needed to keep up the outside. If they are too busy or not interested in doing gardening or lawn work, maybe they should consider an apt or condo. It can be very overwhelming for the inexperienced home owner. What you have done is so amazing, I hope now that you have cleared the way, they can keep up the basics now. Maybe you have inspired them like so many of us who gain from your videos. Even if you dont have a lawnmower surly a neighbour would let you borrow one . Old fashioned push mower doesn't cost petrol just a bit of good old fashioned manual work . Doesn't take much effort to pull down vines either I would agree with you to a point although I do feel awful sorry for the elderly that neighbours don't help out their neighbours.

Exactly! Then they charge them $50 a day with a max fine of $5000. It’s a trap for the elderly and people with fixed income.
