In a tribute to actor and writer Catherine O’Hara, singer-songwriter and actor Noah Reid performed Joni Mitchell’s “A Case of You,” filmed in Toronto, Ontario. Ms. O’Hara received a 2021 Governor General’s Performing Arts Award. The televised special honouring the 2021 GGPAA laureates aired on CBC and CBC Gem on November 26, 2021.

I remember when James Wolpert sang this on the Voice, I thought it was beautiful. But now Noah has taken the song to another leve and I absolutely love his rendition of this. So proud to be Canadian. Huge fan a Noah. :)
I was a huge fan of James Wolpert. He did “somebody to love” by queen. And I have massive criticism of people singing classics. I think he did the song justice! James is a great singer! He’s no Freddie.

Love your singing and it’s too bad you did the wigs. Your cover is gorgeous and the attempt at humor diminishes the performance.
The wigs relate to the show she starred in, Schitt's Creek. The song was, after all, in honour of Catherine O'Hara.

That's because you didn't see the video on half screen with Catherine O'Hara on the other half watching, as the song was sung for her. And then you'd see her reactions which were her laughing at the references to wigs she wore in the show. After all, the song was for her, not for us.
