Whether he knows it or not, that scene where Patrick serenades David Rose, in full view of his friends, family and community means the world to me as well as countless other members of the LGBTQ community . It's simply the best!
When he sang that I was wrecked, and watching Moira's reaction. I read that in the one part of the scene where you see her from behind, Catherine daid she was wiping tears out of her eyes
Umm sitcom I definitely agree. Show overall? Hmm I think Six Feet Under, Breaking Bad, Mad Men, Stranger Things etc are better. However it's at the top of the heap when it comes to sitcoms.
totaly agree with you, from the first to the last scene that show was fantastic , love every minutes of it a enormous thank you to all that made that show possible p.s. my all time favorite scene is the one were Dan lip sync to Noah
The first time I heard the song Precious Love was on Schitt's Creek and it came at precisely the right moment in my life because I was trying to find the perfect song for my husband's and my first dance at our wedding. We listened to countless songs together. And then finally, I heard that song while watching Schitt's Creek and I knew it was the right one! After our dance, everyone asked me what the song was called and who sang it lol. It was truly a magical moment and I have no regrets! Still love that song to this day!
I wish they would release the full versions of all the songs from the series (especially the wedding) so I can stop playing the parts I know over & over in my head
When they sang to each other in their different episodes, I was bawling like a baby. I felt like they were a real couple and I was so in love with David Rose. Every little facial expression was so adorable and on point for his character. Kudos to the whole ensemble of that fantastic series it could have gone on for 5 more years and I’d still be loving it just as much.
I fell in love w David too , & I used to thing I was bilaterally homophobic . I think it’s just a case of self loathing I was suffering from . All this hyper masculinity that’s forced into the community (in many ways) . Seeing David be himself (unapologetically ) & seeing Patrick appreciate him for all his quirks, reminded me of just how perfectly imperfect we are all allowed to be
If only the whole world was like Schitt's Creek (a place where you can just be who you really are and everyone accepts you) and there were more people like Noah Reid! Such a talented and kind human being. I wish him all the best for his future projects!
i just binged Schitt's Creek . Had never watched it before. Did all 6 seasons in just over a week. It's both hilarious and beautiful. I can see myself rewatching it several times.
I have watched this series over and over again. It's my go to on a not so great day, and its makes things better. The Caberet number was absolutely fantastic, Patick was perfect, such energy and enthusiasm, and Stevie, oh my goodness. What made it perfect was the pep talk from Moira before she went on stage and tied Stevie into the character she was playing. It brought tears to my eyes. Alexis' song A little bit Alexis is so much fun, lol. I could actually hear it as a real song by like Jessica Simspon or someone lol. The serendades between David and Patrick, just stole my heart. I want that, that kind of love in my life. Bravo to the entire cast. Sincerely. I only could wish for hour long episodes and more seasons, because I am addicted. Not one character, was out of place. Everyone involved played their part perfectly. I'll end my comment the only way I know that is fitting. " CAW! CAW! "
Omg I watch the serenade episodes whenever I have a down day n I agree I wish I could find love like that. Have a nice weekend. Nice to hear u enjoyed as much as me!😊
Schitt's Creek musical moments outdid any other musical shows out there. Every performance was unique in its own way and highly integrated into the storyline that made it so organic. Speaking from my own experience, the show really changed my entire perspective on the song "The Best" by Tina Turner. I have heard the song before and thought it was a good song. The show and its three different versions of the song made it become the BEST song in my book. Just wow.
I’ve never liked a show as much as Schitt’s Creek. I’ve never felt as safe as when I’m in its world. I’ve never known love as free to grow as when I’m watching it. It’s not been an easy few months for any of us, but knowing that it will always be there for us makes everything ok. Thanks to Dan, Eugene and all the cast, crew and writers for creating this perfect gem of a show that has shown us how beautiful the world could be. We will forever be indebted to them for the joy they have given us in 22 minute segments and I wish Dan nothing but the best of luck with all his future endeavours. The decision to make Schitt’s Creek a homophobia and bigotry free zone was a huge paradigm shift. It modelled how beautiful it would be to live in a place where David’s Pansexuality, Patrick being Gay, Ronnie being a Lesbian and Jake being Bi/Poly/Hedonistic are what they are and didn’t need an anxiety ridden episode where it was discussed and then accepted. Dan will never truly understand what he has given us or how much this beautiful creation has meant to us.
I absolutely love this show. I'm actually rewatching the whole series again 👍👏👏👏🤣🤣🤣. Comedy is what is helping me during this horrible Pandemic Covid-19 😷
I liked how it was alot of our secret, but now wish more people watched it before covid so we could get a few more seasons but happy the show is getting the recognition they deserve.
I'm about to start the last season today. That will make 4 times I've watched all seasons. I can't get enough of it. I've watched many of the interviews on UA-cam and they help you pick up little things you missed before in an episode. The whole series is Simply The Best!
The fact that Dan did not rehearse the dance was the best decision. What David did was such a stretch for him, so out of his element. It was so endearing because it wasn't perfect, wasn't over rehearsed. The Prosecco did not hurt either. It was a beautiful moment.
This show is truly amazing. Here in Australia we are in lockdown and I've just watched the whole series for the second time. It is fabulous fun but also has some wonderful touching moments that really get to you. I need to buy the whole series so I can enjoy it over and over. Trish Henderson.
My favourite show used to be Friends. Now I think it's been overtaken by Schitts creek. I love it so much. Have watched all 6 seasons twice already and I reckon I could watch it a third or more! It's so rewatchable!
I’m so glad I found this . I just want to thank you, Noah, for your part in this show . You made me remember loves sweetness . When a “straight” guy finally finds that one boy who allows him to be himself. It reminds me of a past love & keeps the ember of hope burning 🔥. The casting crew are “simply the Best” I every case , but it’s your character that I fast forward to find (w Daniel) over & over . Thank you so so much . I hope you find nothing but joy in the path before you 🥰
I love, love, love the version of "Simply the Best" on the episode. Interesting that others are taking the veteran's advise to heart like that tip about shooting the audience scenes first .
The bottle of prosecco before the dance cracks me up because Ontario was so puritanical about alcohol when I was living there in 2015. Alcohol consumption anywhere but a bar would essentially get you shamed out of town. But hey, it sure did the trick for this! A Little Bit Alexis is such an earworm. I'll be singing it again for the rest of the weekend!
1:14 This was in my top three best moments of Schitt's Creek! I love this show so much I am going to show it to my kids when I have them with my future husband. I love you so much Noah! ^_^
Start from that season... I realised that Schitt’s creek was a musical series. And I also learned that I should join a jazzgirl group for they can sing in my wedding 😍 🥰🤣
How much I love your and Dan Levy's characters; to see real man love without all the drag & extremes. You grounded gaymen in mainstream now. Much I love to each & everyone of you, and the director, film crew and CANADA!!!
Noah's music is incredible! If you like his version of Simply the Best, check out his original music on UA-cam, especially Tiff Song and Jacob's Dream. So talented!
Not that he cares what I think, but I think the way he did it in the show is the best. The take my heart and make it strong line sounds best the first way
Very good show, seasons 4 - 6 in particular. It has to be said though that the Skeleton Twins shut down the dude lip syncing scene in TV/film forever. They did this years earlier and did it to perfection. 3:22.

Yep ! That’s where the show turned a corner & I was hooked
When he sang that I was wrecked, and watching Moira's reaction. I read that in the one part of the scene where you see her from behind, Catherine daid she was wiping tears out of her eyes
@@Superiormotorsport Awww, Catherine was crying real tears! I'm with you, I will never be able to watch that scene now without crying like a bay-bay
Yes it made me go from "I like this show alot." To "OMG I love this show i need to know everything about everyone on this show"
I don't think there's ever been a show that I loved more. Instant classic
Umm sitcom I definitely agree. Show overall? Hmm I think Six Feet Under, Breaking Bad, Mad Men, Stranger Things etc are better. However it's at the top of the heap when it comes to sitcoms.

Yes yes yes yes yes yes
Another favorite is Moira singing "Danny Boy" at the funeral. Classic.
With Eugene eating the sandwich beside her, it was comedic genius. 🤣
And Johny with the sandwich omg 😂
Hahahahahahha of course!
Hahaha genius. Or when Moira auditioned for the Jazzagals and starts scatting lmao I cry.
Oh Danny buuooooyy.
NO CABARET?!?!?!? And no Precious Love? Those were magical musical moments as well. But I loved this.

Precious Love was so good in season 2 that it got a callback again during David and Patrick's wedding
@@tinagiordanella3212 thats so heartwarming
Cabaret makes me tear tf up every time I watch that episode
"It's such a huge track"
Excuse me Noah, 'A Little Bit Alexis' is high art.
Agreed!
LAAA LAAA LALALALA LAAAA LAAAAÀAAA!!!!
The only thing cuter than Noah Reid is Noah Reid laughing.
Truth!!
Mum, the basement is flooded again.
His laugh ..his singing....and the smile...just make my day
He is really ver cute
noah reid is probably the reason why i loved this show.. his pure love for dan levy's character made me envision a world where we love because of love
Noah Reid is a precious human being.
He is so precious and adorable!
Canada should really look into cloning and importing more Noah's 🤔
Dan's Simply the Best is my favorite part of all the seasons so far.
Good call!
I've watched Dan's version countless times and cry each time. I'm a straight 60 yo woman and find that scene so darn sexy!
I love everything about the A Little Bit Alexis scene, but I DIE everytime at Jocelyn's head turn at 2:37 and the way Moira nudges her leg🤣💀

Noah was a revelation for me. I didn't know him before Shitt's Creek - he's terrific!
I hope to see Noah in other acting projects. He is so lovely.
Best show in the history of television. God I’m so sad it’s over but so glad it happened. Thank you Dan and Eugene for bringing this show to life.

Who else was a hysterical baby watching the finale? I can’t be the only one 💗

Especially since you could tell the actors were trying not to BAWL!!!

I wish this was longer! Noah is typically quiet and kind of doing his own thing with his music. It’s rare that we hear his thoughts on anything 👏👏👏👏

Noah's voice really buttery.
That scene where David sings and dances to Patrick. So good
You have an absolutely beautiful voice. 💙
Noah Reid is so cute I’m upsessed with his smile
Hollywood please give this man another tv series
So sweet and complimentary.
Best show on earth.
Little Bit Alexis may be the best moment of Schitt's Creek. The first time I saw it I laughed so hard, I had tears streaming down my face

How could you leave out The Number?? 😂 loved this anyway
OMG! Yes! Daniels outfit alone😂😂😂😂
It was so smart of Dan to basically wing that scene because David would have been winging it.
Noah's rendition of 'youthebest' is G.R.E.A.T.E.S.T!!
Noah Reid has an amazing voice
Noah is such a button awwww 🥺🥰
I absolutely loved it when Dan sang You’re Simply the Best to Noah. Wow this tv show was the best show ever! I was so sad when it ended.

We need to talk about how Noah Reid voiced Franklin in Franklin.
Molly Farquhar he did?!
