In Venezuela the economy has crashed and life is very very difficult..After 7 years Oscar had enough of living in Venezuela and tried to enter the US under a different name and passport. He was with his grown daughter at the border when he was arrested. He was tried and given life without parole even though there was no body. He admitted that he cut it up and disposed pieces in the lakes and rivers. The daughter was united with the wife's family today. 9:00
