This saves time. And time is money.
Thank you so much !
You don't know how much you helped me with this great video and very clear directions. Really thank you !
Thanks man, searched all over for this. They all came up with old versions of PS.
You're welcome! Thanks for watching!
This video was a home run! Mission accomplished!
Hello Billie Weiss, I must say thank you for helping me discover this coz i have been lately struggling with exactly what I do in order to edit a huge number of pictures, I guess this video is gonna help me to save a lot of time and you said that time is money indeed the time wasted will never be recovered
Great video. You could hit CMD+A in Camera RAW before you start editing and it will update all the images as you go. Also, I noticed you selected all the images in PM and dragged them to the Ps icon. You could press CMD+A then CMD+E and that will load them straight in to Camera RAW.
Those also make things a lot easier!!
This video just saved me HOURSSSSSSSSS of editing!!! Thanks a lot
Also, thanks for the video, really useful info! XD
Genius🎉
very helpful

I've been looking for a way to do this. But what if I wanted to continue to refine the edits as smart filters in Photoshop? (Go Red Sox!)
Great video. I always love watching other photographers processes. I primary use Lightroom to edit all my stuff, its a comfort thing for me at this point. Any reason you use Photoshop instead?
Lightroom isn’t as fast as photoshop / camera raw for editing when under a deadline such as he would be during a game. Speed counts.
@@Jgilbert232 Absolutely. That's for sure a big part of it!
So partially because of what @jgilbert232 said - Photoshop/Camera Raw is faster when it comes to applying the edits. Also, to be honest it's the same as you. For me, it's what I'm comfortable with and what I know best. But Lightroom is great too!
Could you batch edit smart filters for shake reduction?
I don't see why not!
Do you shoot the actual game in RAW? Or do you do RAW +JPEG or just JPEG? These videos are really great by the way!!!!
Sorry for the late reply and thank you! I shoot the game in RAW only, then once I have my edited JPEG's, upload those to our archive. But also save the original RAW files as well.
What is the most a batch edit in PS via PM you've ever done? Wondering if large numbers would be quicker this way or in PS with the batch editing...
Sorry for the late reply here. I've done thousands of photos in PS via PM. I think it's quicker in PS!
@@billieweiss7681 No apologies necessary! We're all just pretty pumped to get back to work. I have done batch edits of several thousands with PS batch and through image processor. It just goes a little too slow for deadline work in both.
My Camera Raw doesn’t pop up automatically how do I get it to do so?
You would want to go into Photoshop>Preferences>Camera Raw and then make sure it's set up to open the appropriate type of files. Hope this helps!
Have you looked at the new version of Camera RAW? Some neat features but it's not as fast to use as the version you are using in your video. I wish I hadn't have updated it. 🤬
Yes, go figure days after I made this video, they updated it. So far, I REALLY dislike it....It will take some getting used to for sure. I wish I hadn't updated it also.
@@billieweiss7681 I totally agree with you. I'm trying to get back in to the flow of editing live during matches but CR is not making easy. I like the crop tool but hat how it doesn't fill the workspace after a crop so have to press CMD+0 every time. Contrast slider blends in with all the other sliders. You have to scroll down for the sharpening tool. I'm sure Adobe will allow tools to be hiddenb moved in to a different order, like on Lightroom. This would be very handy?
@@JgHobley @Billie Weiss I was able to revert mine back to the previous version. Would definitely recommend.
@@JennaMiller I have done that now. The first attempt totally crashed the plugin. 👍🏻👍🏻
Earphone warning! Intro music wayyyyyy loud.
It didn't strike me as loud when I listened and edited, but thanks for the heads up!
