Should Never force wife to stop going for job as well as Should Never force wife to go for job its their freedom they can choose Nowadays for middle class, Cost of women going for job > > Salary of Women Need to pay Maids , Day care for kids , wife job travel expenses and house rent for prime location in chennai (house should be near to husband nad wife ) If wife earns 25K almost 20K goes into expenses , Just 5K they get a meaning full income for a 8 hours job Quality of family life gets very bad if women goes for low income job So in my opinion women can go for job if atleast they can earn above 50K in a city like chennai
Sir, you missed the point that they want the house near to their office location time spent for guys travelling daily 1 to 2 hours...and the travelling makes you tired so the guys travelling long can't do extra effort. Slowly their performance will reduce and their peers will start performing better than you. Finally the wife will start shout at you are not improving. They don't care about the sacrifice you do for her to go to job. After sometime when they get raise... they say we both are equal I will do whatever I want. If they get more raise they say I don't need to take care of your mother father we both equal like that. If they start to earn more than you they won't even respect you they will publicly insult you. If you scold back they will take the child and go to their home and ask for divorce with half of your property.

Sir, you are correct...but one of my relative case I will tell you. His wife going for job.. Her brother borrowed huge money went in dept and her brother asked her.. Husband said no because he knows her brothers behaviour. Wife told I am also earning we need give money like that... They gave 90lakh and saved her brothers house and other property. But simply after that... Her brother didn't care paying back. Many girls family side easily do emotional blackmail for working girls. Now even hardwork of the husband money also gone.
I agree dont beat them, but yes definitely have master control with you or if ur wife is smarter, responsible and disciplined then handover the key to them that's it but get everything done in a friendly manner..... that will be great....
