Where can i find a dumbwaiter mechanism as in your video. I recently suffered a stroke and my balance is off I cannot navigate stairs without holding onto the railing which prevents me from carrying anything I have searched everywhere, CL even your link below but cannot locate a manual model as in your videos. Everything is motorized and cant use those,,,, the rope pulley suits my needs thank you.
I've been trying to recreate this as a model to 3D print and it's not working as I expected. The keyed plate sandwiched between the two rotating parts is at an angle. Does this angle flip back and forth across vertical? / -> | -> \
So in other words you have to pull the rope to disengage the safety brake before the lift carriage will move. The carriage won't move just because you load it with heavy items.
