nice product, fits in my 13 edge SEL nicely. lights look great, my right turn signal did not function but my left did. After I cut some zip ties I must have bumped something and now neither turn signals in my DRLs are functioning. I can live without them and will look into it at a better time, I must not have a good connection on some of the wires. Also started to hear clicking in my fuse box when I used the turn signal, when the turn signals worked on the DRLs. Used fuse #90, will switch it to #92 when I look at all that later
The most likely cause is that the turn signal trigger wire is not making a good connection to the vehicle turn signal wire. We stand by our products. Be sure to contact us on our website should this remedy not work for you. We will be sure to get you all fixed up.
Have you would you ever consider just having the brighter white led's without the amber lights and without all the added wiring and connections and using the ford factory plug to power the bright white LEDs? A true plug and play for those that want to remain using the factory park lamp switch and not mess with any wiring? I would purchase RIGHT NOW. Thx
Hi Justin, You can easily disable the turn signal function by not connecting the turn signal trigger wires in our wire harness. Now the lights will only have the bright white LED DRL function. Our DRL LED lighting system requires too much power to just use the stock factory accent light plugs.
Most people do not use the headlight dimming function. They choose to have the DRLs at full brightness at night. But if you want to use that dimming function, the white wire connects to the Brown/Blue wire in the headlight power wire harness located under and to the rear for the headlight housing.
I have this fog lights in my ford edge but after I install the led head lights the fog lights start blinking should I put resistors on the led head lights to resolve the probleme
Just need a little clarification, you have our Edge DRL Kit installed on your Edge. When you put in our new LED headlight replacement bulbs, our DRL lamps started to blink? Are the white or amber LEDs blinking? It may be easier to call or email me. Phone is 913-304-0720. Email is info@drivebright.com
No. The white LEDs should not blink. Please go to our DriveBright.com website and send us a message telling us about this problem and providing the name and email address from the original order.
Gracias ya ise esa instalación que solo prenden de dia, pero lo que busco es que las drl prendan de noche también con las luces principales bajas y quisiera saber si me pudiera a yudar con eso?
@@chemamtz4995 the wiring instructions that came with the DRL kit shows how to connect the headlight dimming wire, so the DRLs will dim when you turn on your headlights. If you have any other questions, please go to our support page on DriveBright.com and send us a message. It will be much more timely than going through UA-cam messages.
That is the courtesy light trigger wire. It goes to the parking light power wire. (Should be the middle of the three wires going to your turn signal bulb in your headlight. This courtesy light wire allows our DRL lights to turn on and off with your key fob, just like the stock accent lights.
Thank you. Appears to be a straight forward install.

Which fuse space do I use on a 2017 taurus limited
@@jcason6295 It is either fuse slot 90 or 92. Must be an ignition circuit that is only energized when the key is in the on position.
