Exactly. He's usually way more patient than he needs to be, but I have to imagine that the last case he dealt with played a part. I've dealt with CSC cases, and those are bad enough, but to have to handle the minor's testimony, I can't even imagine. Thankfully I've never had to handle that.

Actually I think Middleton is a great judge, instead of condemning people to jail for minor infraction or honest mistakes, he wants to help people, and he does it in full view of the internet, which substantially helps to restore public confidence in the justice system. Yes, it is infuriating to see some get away with a slap on the wrist, but Middleton has shown in the past that he will come down on defendants that treat court flippantly or disrespectfully.

Yet, *most of the laws* we have to follow as a society are not written in the U.S. Constitution. They're in state constitutions, state statutes, penal codes, local ordinances, etc.
If all we had to know were the rules written 250 years ago, we probably *could* defend ourselves in court without lawyers.

Occasionally, and this case is an example, the prosecution will toss them a good deal just to get it off the docket. That tends to give them confidence and eventually the system just gets tired of them.

That was one of the funnest streams I've ever been on with you - I saw the hearing twice back-to-back, and it got better the second go around! Thanks for hooking this up so quick 👍🏼👍🏼😁

I did NOT see that coming from Judge Middleton, but he handled it exactly the way all sovcits should be handled. That was beautiful. Especially when she was offered such amazing deal. Cant wait for tomorrow's hearing 😂😂😂

This woman acts like my [estranged] mother. The only people with sovereign immunity are cops in costume.

OMG Mike that was awesome... For the win! Watching her get cuffed and hauled off for her nonsense brought joy to my heart. All the Judges should be doing this. I hope you will follow this one to see what happens next. ❤

How come neither the police or the court doesn’t inform them of the 10th amendment? The one that gives the states the right to make their own laws. Like requiring People who drive to have a legal driver’s license, vehicle registration and automobile insurance.

Hey Mike, it keeps happening because cops and judges are too lenient. I've seen tons of videos where officers let Sovcit with no plates, no registration, and no license basically talk their way out of tickets and not get their car impounded. For all intents and purposes, it is a victory in their eyes and everyone watching the videos.

Judge Middleton is the best. He's fair, considerate, but doesn't put up with garbage. I wish there were a lot more like him in the judiciary.

I’m starting to see law enforcement and judges take a far less openness to engage with these people. It’s about time. The only way to stop these idiots is to throw the book at them. Once it happens enough, it will stop.
