By the way, what matters more, the person who makes the most money per year or the person who makes the most money per transaction? For me, I want to work where I can operate the smoothest, the most streamlined, the most assembly line like, where I close the most loans and make the most money while focusing on what I like to do, what I am good at doing with work and life being something I can balance.
