As a person with a disability, I am not surprised. Sometimes even just the average person in the community does not see us as "real people."
In shops for example, they often refuse to look at me - interacting with my carer (who I need to push the wheelchair) instead.
I've even said, "Hey! I'm here!" waving my arms in their face.
Makes no difference. They will look away, then ask the carer, "What does she want?"
I've even gone so far as to say, "Do I look like I have dementia? All I'm doing is sitting in a wheelchair. I am a normal human being. You can talk to ME, thank you!"
Still makes absolutely no difference. 😕

Physically Disabled person says it's not a good idea to make wages extremely expensive given we can't increase the bottom line buy increaseing the cost of running business or it's just a tax 🤔✌️and no one likes taxes

Nothing new and often the excuse is wages effect on pension as to how many hours they do.

If that was the case, why are people in ades able to work for 5 days, when the pension only allows 3 days?
