Выглядит вкусно и аппетитно за счёт сочетания жёлтого и зелёного цвета. Я это блюдо однозначно сегодня приготовлю. Только реанимирую! Заменю острый перец на сельдерей. И яйца в начале не нужно долго обжаривать, а нужно,мне кажется, только слегка обжарить смесь, а уже в конце довести со всеми овощами до готовности!
