I’m so happy with these little molds!!!😀 I loved how the beads turned out and I love it so much!!! Super excited to make more beads for this bracelet! 😀😀 Big hug!!🤗😘😘😘
Omgosh I LOVE these! I saw a mold at hobby lobby the other day that must be for making these pandora style beads! At the time I had no idea what it was! Now I must go back and purchase one!
Ton imagination créative n'a vraiment pas de limites!..😍😍 En plus de ton talent le résultat est époustouflant! 👍Merci encore une fois ma Magic Sandra. Mille bisous 😘😘
Oh Sandra, stop it. You are very creative and I have work to do. Lol. I just love the colors in this gorgeous bracelet. Yummy. Thanks again for sharing. Sherie Rodrigues 🥰🌟
What a beautiful beads! My favorite are the light blue ones with flowers all around. They are stunning!❤ Thanks for sharing. Saying hi from the Netherlands. 🤗
You made that butterfly look so easy...but I know it won't be! I have never thought of using my wax pencils like this. You can bet that I am going to give it a try. But with my lack is symmetry, I am going to use my nail stamping plates to stamp my butterfly on the underside of my silicone mat. That way I may actually come out with something I like...😃. Thanks for this entire idea!
That's really pretty. My bead molds are terrible.. I will probably throw them out. They make terrible beads. The top is open so one side is flat. I bought them before I knew better. Oh well. I love the little flowers in the bead. That's so pretty.
These molds are totally worth! I was super excited when I ordered them. For a long time I wanted to create new beads for my bracelet:D just perfect!!😀💕💕💕 And the cores are sold with the mold as well or separately 😜
Hi there, what an amazing video. I feel so inspired 😍. Do you stock the mould that you made the dangling charms with? I couldn't find it on your site...

@@shellbug3100 I got my first subscription box with the Harry Potter one. Since I have been doing resin work for a couple of years now, I was not happy at all with the box. It didn't have that much that I thought was worth the $50 I spent...
@@jaykb6587 I'm not a Harry Potter fan Hope they dont come for me! Lol...I also watch a lot of nerdecrafter and she used to open a lot of the subscription boxes or self. But what would you recommend for a starter? Plus I've been meaning to say hi because I see you in the comment section and all the same videos I watch. So is that, hello- hahaha
@@shellbug3100 Sorry to take so long to answer. I actually did answer you, but somehow deleted it instead of posting. My computer skills (or lack therein, are legendary in our family. 😃). I really think most subscription boxes are not that great. But I AM a HUGE Harry Potter fan, and know many others. This box had molds for two wands and the piece that was used to freeze water to create a moving piece on the wand. It had three colorants, non of which I needed. The glitter box is similar to what I pay $1 for on eBay. With the exception of the red hearts... another $1 on eBay. If you are really interested in starting resin work, I totally recommend going to eBay and looking at their beginner packages. They are all pretty much under $20. You get much more than this box had. Get a couple or so colorants if you just want to experiment. I just ordered a set of excellent colorants for just over $10. I think there were 12-15. Do NOT go cheap on the colorants, but there's no need to pay $5 + for each one.... This box also had one "bronze" metallic powder. I went to Michaels and bought 12 assorted, mainly metallics, for less than $20 ( using the 40% off... If you don't happen to have a coupon, just ask them. They will give you the discount. 😃). You don't need a UV or LED lamp to start, although if you get serious, you will want one. Sun has a little mini for about $5 that I totally love. Just putting a mold on your window sill will set the UV resin. I found a company here in the U.S. that ships it out immediately, and I get it within a week on eBay. I buy 200 mg (?) or whatever the largest size is, for about $22, with free shipping. Starting out you will want to buy a small size with a pouring nozzle. I just refill it as needed. It takes me about a month to use it all. But I use Easy Cast from Michaels. With the 40% coupon it costs about $8. It cures without a light in about 12 hours. I haven't tried any other casting resins, so I can't say anything about them. And I only buy the 2- 8 oz size, which is all that Michaels here stocks. Hobby Lobby has the larger size 2 - 16 oz, I think, for around $17. If I had more money, I might try a different brand, but this works well for me. If you have more questions that you want specific answers to, I will try to help. Just catch any of my comments on any channel. I try to comment because the comments are part of the rating system for UA-cam. 😃
It depends. Uv resin can not be cured in thick layers if it's very opaque (fully solid colors). I find the average is 2-6 minutes depending on if layering is required or not. The more transparent the color the less time is needed to cure. I do recommend using regular 2 part epoxy resin for opaque beads or any jewelry or decor item you need to not be seen through. I am not a fan of waiting but it's worth it to have those fabulous strong opaque colors.
Help! I've just tried it but can't get my resin 'sleeve' off the wooden stick? I've coated the stick in clear tape and have tried a few seconds cure rather than my first attempt of 2 minutes but they're stuck fast. Any ideas what I'm doing wrong or what I could try instead?
Love this! I have a question. How to you smooth any rough edges without leaving scuff marks or dull looking? I make a lot of tumblers using resin and it’s easy to sand/toughen up and add another layer of epoxy. But how do you get clean smooth edges on the charm beads? Thank you!
You're making them in a mould, so there shouldn't be any rough edges, unless your mould is damaged of course. You can also sand jewellery resin with fine grade wet-and-dry, and then use a quick doming layer if necessary.
Thank you Tamy!!😊 Everything, except the bracelet, is from Miniature Sweet. You can find the link in the video description. The bracelet is my own... I bought it a long time ago... Hugs!🤗😘😘😘

Where did you find the perfect size stick to measure the center part of some of the beads? I looked in your store but didn't see it.

What kind of adhesive tape do you use, is it double sided tape? When I tried to use sellotape, the the uv resin colour just dripped off
