Pretty sure I was already blindsided by this yesterday. It was so incredibly strange and outrageous (to the point of even including outright lies) that I did lose my cool, which is very unlike me. Thankfully, as hurtful as it was, I'm certain I am in the right because I was defending distancing myself from toxic family members in order to heal. I'll still manage to beat myself up over it, however.

It makes a ton of sense why you'd want to embody the growth first energetically, and even if I imagined it was for a positive reason (sharing and connection, helping others' growth, vulnerability, etc.), it needs time to move through you and integrate, materialize. A day late to this video because I was at my father's funeral yesterday. Living through a lot of family drama right now. The message I keep repeating to myself is "Life is messy, Craig. You've got to learn to love the mess." This feels like a version of "Morality is a feature of divinity, but divinity is beyond morality." I got this message from my very "messy" younger brother a couple days after he died earlier this year. This has been a life-changing message for me this year. I hope others, through this transit, will find their own way forward on this path of less judgement and more compassion.
My condolences. My father died recently as well. Tomorrow his belongings will be delivered to my house. Which makes it even more final. It was quite unexpected because we’re still taking care of his inheritance in its completion. So I didn’t expected this so soon. One of the items will be a huge painting: portrait of him ( he was an art dealer), very confronting. I remember vividly us ,him and me, driving to Belgium to pick the painting up, after the painter finished it. I was seven at the time, and deeply impressed by how well he captured my father in his portrait. Mars rules my 4th house. And my love for the art has always been represented through my Taurus houses. I lost my father, but suddenly became the owner of this painting in particular. I have two sisters and a brother. His passing is so definitive and so much more tangible the moment that portrait enters my house. Weird outcome. Maybe there will be more for me to this transit, and is this event not the final transit, but this does stand out to me somehow.

I was in a fender bender on Sunday the 24th, I feel anger toward the person parking in front of my house even tho I know it’s not cool to feel that way bc I don’t own the street, but that’s my spot lol, I’m facing push back at work over the most minor of requests that are within my role to request. I really found this extremely helpful. I've seen motorcar accidents and listened to stores from friends about arguments etc. I've actually sort of hidden away because being Aries and having all this fiery energy happening around me has actually taught me to be a still island in the midst of the chaos. I've listened but kept my distance but still managed at most times, to feel compassion and not get into negative agreements. #grabbed last week while shopping at the grocery store with my kids. We Walk into the crossfire of a nasty verbal exchange. It was between two older women. We walked into the harsher one yelling “you piss me off”, to this other lady that my daughter is closest to. Other lady responds, “why are you yelling at me!”. I’m now behind the harsh one that was strolling away, yelling angst. I said, “division, division- ladies please.”, then the nasty one started swearing. So naturally I said, “how old are we?!”.
Side note: I’m a middle school Art teacher. Sometimes it’s hard to turn off recess duty or the need to manage immature conflict. My libra placements, mars, Saturn and Pluto 😏
Back to the grocery store incident…
The nastier lady starts to calm down a little, tries to justify her stance. The argument had some type of political left vs right vibe, heard Trumps name shouted before collapsing into their argument. She turns around at me expecting me to understand. I told her that “it saddens me to see our country like this.” The nastier one went back to being nasty, she said “well she’s stupid….blah blah.” My last response to her before it ended was, “no, she’s not stupid, she has an opinion. Everyone is allowed to have their own opinion.” She huffed away. And of course we all ended up in the same area together at check out. We were a little ahead of them luckily.
My son is a Taurus ♉️ rising, he’s 7 been working on impersonations and changing his voice for these characters over the summer. After this incident at the grocery store he’s got this whole new “Karen” act, with excerpts of what he witnessed while shopping.
Of course on a serious note we discussed it as a family. Many things to learn and also a reminder to myself to be cautious.

I have mars (8), the north node (9), and Uranus (14) all conjoined by sign (plus mercury (14) and Neptune (16)) in capricorn and on the day this conjunction began really perfecting in Taurus I called in sick to work because the day I had booked was obscene in terms of workload and I decided I need to find different employment and also started applying for a doula program that starts in 4 weeks, called my mom (Taurus sun) and asked for financial assistance and spoke about my less than optimal childhood (capricorn in my 4th house, Taurus my 8th).
Then I went for 2 swims, did yoga, contact improv, weight lifting, and will go out dancing later tonight. I'm feeling great! #grabbed

Being deeply spiritual I find myself being knowingly silent in groups because my take on world events I'd so different. A lot of people are saying how scary this or that is and I'm thinking, "Yeah but I expected that because of astrology so how cool that it affirms that there is a Divine Plan?" For example, you are in my top five people that I consider extraordinarily intelligent...while other people list someone like Jordan Peterson who (in my opinion) is infantile when compared to truly spiritual people because he's a recovering Athiest.

Hi Acyuta! Got a quick story. As you might remember I am a 17 deg Taurus Sun. Yesterday we were looking forward to a nice quiet Sunday and so we defrosted the freezer in the A.M. to get the chores out of the way. When we plugged it back in, first it wouldn't work, then it came on and suddenly (Uranus) started to get very hot on the outside, hot to the point of realizing it was overheating (MARS) and becoming dangerous.(MARS) It was a very hot day (Mars) here so now the race (Uranus) was on to find a new freezer (we have no repair shops) on a Sunday in a fairly remote area (for that kind of thing anyway). We finally found one on the internet (Uranus) an hour or so away. We had to take our truck with no air-conditioning and the air temp was 104 degrees. (Mars) We were fried but after a couple hours at least we could make it home with the rescue freezer. It was a truly miserable and completely unexpected series of events. While I sat there trying to avoid heat exhaustion I had to laugh that this definitely was within the boundaries of of a Mars/Uranus conj on my Sun. If this is the only negative event to occur during this time though, then that's OK with me!

Anything can happen!! How much of a difference does Mars in Retrograde make with heavy and multiple transits and aspects?

I have Mars and Uranus conjunct my Sun in the First House of my chart which is Cancer, during a Solar Eclipse. I have never done anything I'm told to do that I don't think is a good idea. I am a Cancer though, so I'm very nice about it. An often held conversation: Me "I won't" Other" What do you mean you won't?" Me " I mean I'm not going to do what you want me to do."
I am autonomous, but I get along with all sorts of people. As a Cancerian, I am capable of kindness and helpfulness, but I have always gone my own way; very adventurous- I think of myself as a serial cliff jumper. As I leap, my Cancerian self is usually curled up in a ball with hands over eyes, ha!
I think, getting older, that I have dared, and tested myself, and I am satisfied. I have adventured, seemingly that was what I was here to do. I have never been bored.
I thought this was really great and I appreciate the wisdom! Although, there is just one little thing I would argue, and that is that "ideas of freedom" wouldn't really include the "freedom to feel safe," and you can't really pit freedoms against each other because true freedom is universal to all. You could call it a right to feel safe but that right would require a constriction/restriction of others actual freedoms (free speech does no harm in and of itself, therefore it is a true freedom). In other words, the right of freedom for all trumps the right for some to feel safe.

Just yesterday, a customer was telling me about how she was on a committee (along with church Elders) to select a new minister for a 7000 member church in our city. Evidently this process took almost three years. During that period, the church membership fell substantially. Her words were, "I feel really resentful about that." That's Mars - pushy, (pea)cocky, trying to impress, losing one's ground before he had any. With Mars on the cusp of 7th (in Gemini), I'm doomed to encounter that type of male. The last time, I was wiser and only wrote to him - romantically, incessantly, passionate yet nurturing. All that transpired was that he got plastic surgery and rejoined his rock band on tour, "playing" guitar using backing tracks, despite his advanced Parkinson's. It's grotesque.
This is someone with a Scorpio stellium square a Leo stellium (Mars in a tight conjunction with Pluto, with Saturn nearby). He has Moon in Pisces however, conjunct my natal Sun - and also NN in Taurus at 20'. I mourn the fact he'll never get to experience his anima, or the feminine ground for that matter. He has nothing whatsoever in earth, except that Taurus NN.
Today I was going to write to him again - but farcebook banned me for the umpteenth time. Thank you. My Leo sun and mercury are conjunct in the 12th house, conjunct the NN (conjunct this month's new moon!). So speaking freely, showing my true self, has rather been terrifying for me in the past. Maybe because uranus natal is exactly on my ascendant (29 degrees leo), so without even saying anything sometimes I start a cascade of change for the people I meet. I can not hide how I feel, my eyes and body language betray me.

The mars, Uranus and NN conjunction is squaring my natal Uranus in Leo 10 house at extract 18 degree , conjunct my MC. I have lost my job 4 times over the past 4 years and left broken. I lost trust in everyone and tried to go within and be hermit. I know it is not the solution. I feel you about work. When Uranus was doing _Fred Astaire_ on my 29° ♈ MC l lost my job to a false allegation that has affected my employment, financial, domestic, health and relationship aspects of my life. All very negatively. I haven't worked in nearly 5 years and that is very debilitating.
I struggle with the purpose and fulfilment of life and the futility of action. I have money for 4 days and hope for 10 days. Hope doesn't fill your belly and your social life is up the creek without a paddle.

#grabbed a man attempted to suddenly and violently sexually assault a woman while she was sunbathing with her 4 year old niece in BROAD daylight at a local family park/pool with hundreds of people around. The woman was able to call 911 but was left on hold and had to fight this man off by herself for 12 minutes as no one tried to intervene while she waited for the dispatcher to come back.
He was arrested and charged, but it's completely horrifying.
