Hi, I have an issue in our case. I just received a printed mail from the DOS Visa yesterday, it indicates an Approved I-130 Petition filed by my sister. She filed a Visa Class F41 for me decades ago, when I was still single. My concern is that I'm already married and have an infant. I already mailed them through their public inquiry form, I requested an update for our case. But before that I have already added may husband and child as Derivative Applicants and uploaded our marriage and our child's birth certificate. The question is, how long will it take for it to be reviewed? And how long until the “pay now” button will appear? Hope you can give me a hint or anyone here has the same situation. Thank You in advance.
Hi I checked my mom’s status, it says, it’s ready, and received a congratulatory email from nvc, so I schedule an appointment for interview at embassy and medical exam slec, but yesterday I received that they cancelled my mom’s visa interview, and said just wait and the will reschedule it as asap, 😢
Hi my husband has to go for sputum test and i qualified for medical exam. We have different case no. (IR5 visa). Should both of us reschedule the interview or only my husband should reschedule?

Hello! Sorry for the late response. My father went to our local hospital in our city for a sputum test before he went to St. Luke’s. His test came out negative. So that’s a sigh of relief. But, he was taking vitamins and cut down (not completely) smoking cigarettes. I wish he will just stop though. 🥺

Luke August 10, pinabalik sya uli for sputum test Sept. 13, 14, 15 kaya na miss nya ang interview, pinababalik sya ng St. Luke after sputum test Nov. 16. Nag request ako to reschedule ang interview for mid Nov. never heard from US embassy. nung Nov. 16 sabi sa St. LUke madaliin na daw ang schedule interview kasi mag expired ang physical exam result nya Feb. 10. I don't know how who to contact for interview please help naman po. thank you in advance

Hello po! My dad was ask to come back and they said the same thing. But my dad’s sputum test result can put negative with tuberculosis. Just stay still and go for the said date. Praying for you 🙏🏼

Nakakuha kmi feb 16 pero feb 10 expire ng medical nya, interviewhin kaya sya? Then hold muna nila visa nya then magmedical sya, after medical then maclear saka lng nila ibigay ung passport na visa. You may wanna just help your mom write the letter and log in her email so you can help her sending it to NVC. Hello Jobelle! We actually did the same thing. Nag sputum test yung dad ko sa local hospital sa province namin (private) and X-Ray too. But USCIS will only accept results done by St. Luke’s, unfortunately. I know it sucks. Heads up also, St. Luke’s equipment are so sensitive. My father’s test at their facility showed that he has some spots on his lungs and the hospital in our city didn’t show that. Best of luck to you. 🙏🏼

@@CrayOhLife they have been experiencing quite a backlog because of the pandemic. Upon checking our case status, it appears that it’s still at the NVC 🙁. We really hope my father can get an interview soon 🙏🏼

Hello Ket. My father didn’t have any cough, colds or symptoms alike when he went for his medical examination. Yung sputum test po only applies if Meron pong makita na spot sa lungs after they take the x-ray. Meron na po ba kayong scheduled visa interview?
Paano po pag may anak po kami U.S Citizen po ang anak po namin at hindi po nakaapilido sakin sa mother lang Infant at patoddler na din po tapos hindi pa Divorce yung Mother Married pa din po sa iba . Possible po ba na ang anak namin allowed ako mapetition kahit wala pa pong isip kasi hindi na po kaya hirap po malagaan dun sa U.S dahil magisa lang po niya? Thank you sa pagsagot🙏🇺🇸
