So happy for you. I am a US Vet with medical issues and filed for Expedite visa for my Caretaker Filipino wife, we were denied also had my Senator assistance in this matter. The response the Senators office said they needed more details from my VA doctor, he amended the letter and waiting to hear the results of our second attempt, but I am very happy for you and your father.
Suggestion you should reach out to those that reply to your video, think it would be interesting,don't you :)))) I love your positive energy and desire to overcome mountains that seem impossible but those who never try will never succeed. @mariaemilia8911 I am a Veteran and my Doctor in the States wrote me a letter that I need surgery from nerve damage, the Senators office and Doctor worked together. You will need a convincing letter for the expedite, that you can't perform your own ADL'S and need wife's help returning and care taking there after. Could also use a local Doctor I would imagine. Hi, Maricel, hope that you and your whole are doing fine by the grace of the Lord🙏 I've been reluctant to send a letter for expedited process, cause I said I don't have an emergency as stated on NVC website, but last night after watching your video, I said I'd give it a shot.
I tried to be as sincere as possible, and I sent the letter this morning, after receiving an automatic answer, they wrote me again to tell me, they'll send my case for expedited process.
Now I really need your advice whether to wait for their next notice or go on CGI portal to schedule my visa appointment.

We’re f4 from 2008. Our son has applied in US universities. If he gets enrolled in one, shall we request expedite? Can we send expedite request before receiving the welcome letter?
Hello! I believe you have to be Documentarily Qualified first (received the welcome letter from NVC) in order to get expedite. You must complete the civil requirement and affidavit of support submission above all else. ☺️☺️ (just from my experience and not a legal advice)

@@MaricelSuniega thank you maam. Napanood ko na po un last 2022 kaya lang s sobrang tagal ngyon lang kmi nagkaroon ng panahon bc din kc. Ndi rin nmin kc alam kung ano ilalagay nmin sa letter. Ok na po un documents. waiting nlng po sa medical at interview. gusto n kc nmin makasama panahon nlng ang mkakapagsabi. But maraming salamat.

You may go to cgi federal website for online scheduling po. Once maka secirw Kayo ng interview date, pwede na po Kayo mag proceed to medical. I’ll link the scheduling site below po.

Hello Maricel! I filed a petition for my two grown up kids way back 2020 pa and my petition was approved almost 2 years na. They have been waiting for interview for almost 2 year na din. The embassy kept on extending the interview through email every 2 months. Sana I can my 2 kids before Thanksgiving or Christmas ba. My daughter is even a nurse sa pinas.

@@jhoana3132 hello! Once your I-130 is approved, USCIS will forward your case to NVC. Then wait for them to have your case documentatily qualified. Once it is, NVC will forward your case to the Embassy of which you will be processing your visa (my case is US Embassy, Manila) once your case is ready, you can now go to their cgi website to secure a visa interview. I have videos about all these. ☺️

Hello Ethan. Congratulations on getting DQ’d! Yes! Definitely have your mother send an expedite request. Aging out is quite a strong reasoning to get it expedited.

Hello Maricel! I received a letter saying my request to expedite has been approved and that Manila Consular will contact us for the interview schedule. However, upon watching this, I got confused if we should go online to look for slots or wait for the embassy to contact us for the interview schedule. Should I go online look for available slots? Also, how do we schedule appt for medical, do we call them or online? Thank you so much❤
They will sens an email through mail po with the date of interview and medical. Just wait po it may take 2 weeks or more.hehe
Hello! I apologize for the very late response. If your case is in “Ready” status with the NVC, you have 2 options. First, wait for the US Embassy to send you an interview schedule or check their cgifederal website and secure your visa interview slot from there. You will need a visa appointment schedule to get a medical appointment. For medical examination scheduling, you may check the St. Luke’s website☺️
Maam, my request for expadit appointments has been approved. It has been 15days i have not received respone from embassy. But i could not reschedule from cgi federal as i was only able to submit my detail over there. Could you please provide me with detail instruction.

Hello Mariah! Yes, that's right. For you to get a visa interview slot, you need to make sure that your CEAC case status is "READY".

Hello! I didn’t wait for the US Embassy to give us the interview schedule. Instead, I did it myself using their online appointment portal☺️

Hello Kim! Sorry for the late response. It’s been a month since you posted this comment. Any progress in your case? You don’t need to have a medical examination done to get your NVC case expedited. In your case, it’s pretty acceptable to get it approved since you’ve aged out. Let me know if you have any other questions 🙏🏼

You may proceed on getting an interview scheduled by signing up on the cgi federal website. But please take note, though you have an interview schedule and your case status is not ready yet, the US Embassy will not interview you. Meaning you will have to wait for your case to be ready to be interviewed but it’s worth the gamble if you get an interview scheduled while waiting for your case to be ready. That saves you time.

Hello po! I scheduled my father’s interview right away po. It was September 2022 when I booked his interview for November but that wouldn’t work kasi mag expire na yung medical niya by October last week. So I was checking very religiously and got a rescheduled date first week of October. 🙏🏼

Hello! You may submit as many requests as you want. Please make sure to provide essential information like case numbers, invoice number, both applicant’s and petitioner’s basic info. Emails, phone numbers. If course, the reasoning of why you need your case expedited ☺️
