Keep the Home Free reactions coming! So many groups have a primary lead and the rest are background vocals, but each one of these guys have the voice and talent to carry the lead. With these significantly different voices, it's amazing that they can blend and harmonize so beautifully. It keeps us, Home Fries, on our toes because you never know what unique sound they'll come up with next!
The FIRST and ADVERTISED lead singer = ROB LUNDQUIST ..... is the Mid Tenor and sweetest vocal talent on the planet. Just an early distinction.... but, after Tim three Register ability ( the eventually, Adam Chance too) Austin added - it became options overwhelming for Darren Rust )arranger) to play with in harmonies !! GBjj
Home Free meets the Temptations!! Love the way they did this, & so did Keith Urban! Cool, eh?! I loved that you repeated that one spot. I do too - all the time! I like the way that part is sung & that dance move too. I really like the baseline on this song. It really compliments the lead. And I like Austin's (high tenor) haunting high notes in the 2nd verse. I had to giggle when y'all were discussing Rob's unexpected voice. Everybody says that. Tim likes to describe him as the most consistent singer in pitch/tone &... "When he sings he has the voice of an angel, but talks like a sailor & lower than me at times"! LOL! That is very apparent if you listen to Rob rap (yes, rap!), in "The Butts Medley"!! I really think you should do that one next cuz, not only is it fun, but it is one of the *most creative* mashups I've ever heard! It's crazy which songs they chose & how many *genres* they cover in it, & done so seamlessly to make one song, that it's simply mind blowing! It's a huge crowd pleaser too. Thx guys! Great reaction, as always! Love y'all!
Did you notice each member is wearing a blue item? Rob - Blue shirt Chance - (5th guy) - blue tie Tim - blue handkerchief Austin - blue shoes Adam - blue bow tie Should check out their newest it features Chance (5th guy) the song is "can't out run you"
Keep reacting to these guys. PLEASE There are SO many good ones. Top of my list are Think a Little Less, Sold, I Can’t Outrun You...Home Free is just...indescribable.
lol It is hard to believe that voice comes out of Rob, isn't it? Home Free impressed me from the start with how "smart" their videos are. If you like how live this video was check out their video of Thinkin' Out Loud/Let's Get it On - a one take 5 MINUTE video. I really enjoy your reactions.
I am a big fan of Home Free and as such I really enjoy the two of you guys who demonstrate your appreciation for their talent as much as I do. Thanks for highlighting this awesome group.
I was finally able to see these guys live a couple weeks back, and it was amazing. They sound incredible live, and when you hook Tim up to a bunch of amplified subwoofers, my clothes were rattling. Great reactions guys, please keep them coming. I enjoy them.
We made the mistake of sitting in the front row which is cool. But, now we go back a couple of rows to ensure we are in front of the speakers to feel the vibrations
The guy you’re talking about is Adam Chance. He’s known as Chance because he has the same name as the beatboxer. To get more of Chance’s voice, do a reaction to ‘Castle on the Hill’ (an Ed Sheeran cover). He does most of it as a solo. He’s been with the group for less than two years. He replaced Chris Rupp (the beatboxer’s brother), who left to launch a solo career. Regardless. I’m a TRUE Home Fry (an avid Home Free fan) and love ALL the singers. Also if you’re looking for a video with a solo of AUSTIN (Brown), check out their cover of ‘I like the Sound of That’...(a Rascal Flatts song)-
Austin - high tenor. Rob - low tenor. (Adam) Chance (replaced Chris about a year or so ago) - baritone/bass. Tim - bass. Adam - beatboxer. With the addition of Chance who was the bass for Street Corner Symphony, Tim is now free to do more solos especially live because Chance can cover a true bassline. They're giving Chance more and more solos and he's really awesome. But Rob has the "sweetest" voice of them all which is why he's so good on this one! Love you're guys' reactions. Keep doing Home Free!
Thanks guys! As usual, that was a great reaction. Rob is a tenor, Austin is called a high tenor, and Chance is the baritone. Chance was a bass with a previous group and sings the bass parts when Tim sings lead.
Love your reaction! Rob is amazing! Us Fries are always rewinding videos to get a second third or fourth listen to certain parts and then re-listen to the whole video. Keep them coming.. Home Free has a bunch of really great videos! I Can't Outrun You, I Like The Sound of That, or Castle on the Hill
>There are no weak links in Home Free, each voice is awe- some, distinct, yet the harmonies together!! PLZ REACT TO: their live *9 TO 5 BEATBOXING BREAKDOWN* -You'll be sur- prised!!...They sang a little of "Blue" & "Timeless on the CMA red carpet & looked/sounded amaazing!!..Next yr> awards!? > Rob/lead tenor/beard, Austin/high tenor, Adam/tenor/beat- boxer, Chance/bass-baritone, Tim/super-bass!!..Thx! 😊😊😊
What fun you two are! Add in the Christmas songs now to the list... Do You Hear What I Hear, Full Of Cheer, Grandma Got Run Over By a Reindeer, Angels We Have Heard On High.... * Leaves room for others to add to list *
I laughed when you rewinded to listen to Tim's low note again because I do that as well. Almost every time I watch this video. :D They performed this live (incl. the choreo) during their Fall Timeless World Tour and it was flawless. Btw, Rob is a tenor. Chance (the 5th guy :D ) is a baritone / occasional bass. I would suggest *Castle On The Hill* (one of my favourites from their new album), *God Blessed Texas* (uplifting video for a good cause) and *Sound Of Silence* (another Peter and Tim collab).
Hi Guys! They sang this song with more of a Motown vibe to it. Chance is the guy whos name you couldn't remember, and the guy who sang a small bit solo in this video. But I have to say, you're doing very well in remembering the names. It can't be easy with all of the groups you react to. BTW- Rob is the lead tenor, Austin is the high tenor, Chance is a baritone/ bass and Adam is the beatboxer. And of course you know Tim. Thanks for another really great reaction.
Austin - High Tenor (second from right) Rob (Takes primary lead on this one) center Tim-Bass (second from left) Adam RUPP - Beat Boxer plus (on far left) Adam Chance - Baritone (Takes lead second) far right I'm sitting here binge watching your reaction videos! Love them! :)
Absolutely love your reaction! I love this video, so happy to see that you love it too! HomeFree are just like that, they brightens the day in many way. Can't wait to see your next HFreaction! ❤
Its actually Adam, Chance is his last name. It just makes it easier to distinguish since there's 2 Adams in the group now. But yeah, he really shows off his bassitone in 'I can't outrun you'
You guys need to do Butts Remix by Home Free to see Tim "Head Banging" Rob cut loose, Austin really shine and Adam on point with the drums. This is probably the funniest video they did.
Thank You! I love this one! Next, maybe "Castle On The Hill" Ed Sherran cover, it features (the 5th guy) Adam Chance. "In The Blood" John Mayer cover..and a real throw back "Thinking Out Loud/Let's Get It On", that one features Austin and Tim, the range it that one is amazing! Keep 'em coming fellas!
You guys are great. I loved your reaction to this song. The dance moves are from the 70's and a few groups always used them when on stage. This is Home Frees' style and a little different, but I loved it even more. Til next time. Bye
I've got a couple of oldies you should check out... What We Ain't Got, Hunter Hayes Medley, Thinking Out Loud/Let's Get It On, Alabama Sampler, Friends in Low Places, and Kenny Rogers-Children Go Where I Send Thee... What Child Is This (feat. Home Free) (Chris Rupp Official Video) also the BTS What Child is This Patreon Behind The Scenes. Thanks guys! Love your reaction as always! Chance.. Chance...Chance.. baritone/bass (just thought saying it 3x's might help you remember.. lol ;-)
I don't know if you've seen the video of Home Free and Texas Hill singing "Dreamer" - the whole video is good but Rob's singing is just outstanding - so soulful & sweet that words fail me.
I swear, you guys are amazing! I love you, you always make me smile! I noticed that you like harmonies, so I'd like to suggest 7 bridges road, it's amazing and your ears will thank you 😉
It's always so much fun to watch your reactions. 5th guy is Adam Chance. And now I think you should react to song where he takes a lead. It's "I can't outrun you" and it's amazing song. It's sing and directed by him.
Lol Great reaction, as usual! Long time no see for the HF stuff! They always impress me and it never gets old to watch them! This was a sexy song and Rob did a great job with it! Marco, would love you hear you sing it!
I do the same thing when I watch this one...gotta add in my own vocals. If you sing at all, you just can't keep quiet, I think. ;-) OK...lineup...Adam Rupp (beatboxer); Tim Faust (bass extraordinaire); Rob Lundquist (tenor soloist); AUSTIN BROWN (high tenor); and Adam Chance (alternative soloist). ;-) My favorite effect in this one is when they get to the "neon buzzing on the wall," and Tim does that low buzz...gives me chills every time.
Austin- High Tenor( thin one) Rob- Lead Tenor(glasses and beard) Chance- Baritone/Bass(dark beard) Tim- Super Bass! (I think you know him) Adam - Beatboxer and sometimes tenor. Next: Butt's Remix (funny) , Die a Happy Man (sort of like this video) but any that you choose will be good really. :)
As a fan (of only having to know them just 3 days ago), I can already tell them apart from each other. For your reference, here are their names: Tim Foust (the earth shaker with nice butts) - bass / stand up comedian (during tours/concerts) Rob Lundquist (the cuddly bearded bear) - tenor Austin Brown (always on skinny jeans) - tenor Adam Rupp (the one who swallowed a drumset) - vocal percussion and one of founders of the band Adam Chance (the serious looking one) - baritone (new) Chris Rupp (the short hair one) - baritone (former) and also founder of the band / Adam Rupp's brother
Loved your reaction and you caught Rob’s angelic voice in the lead! Love Keith Urban’s Bluesy version, but equally love Home Free’s Motown-styled cover!
You would be amazed at how much editing goes into one of their videos. They use about five or six cameras to shoot it, and only a portion of each is used. The guy who does their video edit is one of the best in the world and they are lucky to have him. He's outstanding. Also realize that most of their music is recorded in the studio and then synced with the video. You can spot some very minor mismatches here and there, but the overall performance is so good you tend to focus on that rather than the mistakes. The last group I was hooked on this bad was Crosby, Stills, Nash and Young. If you like dissonant harmony, check them out. Maybe even do a reaction or two.
Congrats. You guys are one of only two reactor channels to pay homage to the signature dance moment. You earned my sub. I make my living as a musician too.
p.s. I saw them live recently and they did this song/ it was as good as the video if not a little better. I got to feel the tingle down my spine when tim hit those low notes. so cool
If you react to Amazing Grace, write this down: begins with everyone then Chance completes the 1st verse, Peter sings the 2nd, Rob does the 3rd, Tim takes lead on the 4th, Austin on the 5th, and Peter brings it home. Wish there was a verse for Adam, but you'll have to settle for his harmony on this one.
Gentleman, I love your enthusiasm, sincere appreciation and delightful humor... please keep doing reactions and if you want to sing along damn it just do it...LOL....I do!!
There are videos going back to 2007's or so. Contains whole history. My Boys are unique. The band started about 2000. Chris and Adam Rupp started it. Adam was a trumpet performance major in college. There were various member changes. They sang on cruise ships. That is where they met Austin. He has a degree in vocal performance. Musical theater. When a tenor retired they got him just before the sing off. He was a shining star... he brought the performance level to win sing off to win in 2013 or 2014. The hat guy in the older videos is Chris Rupp. He left to have a home life. That is when they recruited Adam Chance. He is great. I have been to about 30 live concerts over the years between 2014 and the plague. Staunch patron etc. They are truly amazing. The unit is ever so much more than the whole. Check out the tons of fan made concert videos. Morrison I'll by Abbie is the one where lady went into labor and Tim broke the speakers. I was there. My grey hair shows. This was with my traveling buddy Karen. We saw about 5 concerts on the 2 week trip.
Another great reaction guys! The 5th guy is Chance the baritone/bass! If you want to hear him take the lead, react to their new video I Can't Outrun You! If you want to see Tim and Austin take the lead, react to O' Holy Night! It is fantastic! Another great one where Rob takes the lead is I'll Be Home For Christmas! Can't wait to see which videos you pick nextl
Great reaction guys! It would be great to see you react to one of their original songs, such as Good Ol’ Country Harmony, Everything Will be OK, or Anyway the Wind Blows.
Hey guys Home Free just released a new video today 11/17! It is a cover of Cam's song Mayday! You need to react to this one, you will be totally amazed!
If you want to be blown away by Rob, you should check out his duet with Austin called country singers try singing opera (Nessun Dorma) I never looked at Rob the same after that :-) Love all your reactions😊
What up guys HF seems to be a little my code-appropriate. Great Especially this one. I heard comfortable Thank you so much I waiting for you guys sohyang reaction
When Austin was in college (on a full music scholarship) he tried to nullify his Georgia accent. When he joined Home Free they told him to stop trying. Tim said in an interview that when Austin first joined them he'd say something and the other members would look to him (Tim, that is) to interpret.
Please react to "Die a Happy Man". It is an absolutely beautiful cover of a Thomas Rhett song he wrote about his wife. It showcases "the fifth guy" whose name is Chance. His name is Adam Chance but since the group already had an Adam, he goes by Chance. The beautiful lady in the video is Tim's wife Jenika. This was the first video since Chance joined the group that we were able to see him shine. There were others, of course, that we heard him sing in but this was the first, at least for me and I think many others, that we were able to see him shine in. It was the one for me, and I think again for many others, that answered our question of " was he the right choice to replace Chris and how well is he going to fit in". This video certainly gave a mighty YES to my questions !!! PLEASE PLEASE do a reaction to "Die a Happy Man" so you can really see "the fifth guy" shine. Of all of the MANY reactors I watch for HOME FREE reactions, ya'll are my hands down favorite !!!! Keep up the great work. Love Ya!!! For another one to showcase Chance, and a more recent one, he directed and starred in HOME FREE's cover of a Trace Atkins song : "I Can't Outrun You". The videographics in this one is stunning and really sets the mood for the hauntingly beautiful lyrics.
Love your reaction! I see many have told you who is who, so I won't. Please react to their newest release, "Mayday". Tim and Chance ("5th guy") will surprise you...same with Austin (high tenor).
Please react to more Home Free as I'm going through withdrawals of not seeing how you respond. We know they are outstanding singers but they are so much more. They do not disappoint. Trust me ...... Die a Happy Man, All About that Bass, Fishing in the Dark/Boondocks, Full of Cheer (an original) and you really should check out the individual performances from The Sing Off.
Yes on the *individual Sing-Off episodes* !!! They show how great these guys already were when they were competing there in 2013 and how professional, beautiful and rich their sound was since the very first episode.
Please react to Home Free’s version of I Can’t Outrun You. Adam Chance (baritone/Bass) sings the lead & directed the video. Also, their cover of Mayday will be released soon - Tim sings some incredible high notes & Chance does an amazing job on the bass. Lots of great music & videos coming!! Also, Home Free is going to be performing in Europe in 2018. Working on finalizing dates now.
Howdy boys. I've enjoyed watching your reaction to those A Capella fellas Home Free. As I do with Home Free's videos I watch your reaction videos over and over. Y'all are a hoot, you make me lmbo. Especially listening to Tim's vocal range. Hysterical. I know you have requests upon requests but I'd like to throw some older Home Free at ya. You will not be disappointed. Not sure if you've noticed but they don't disappoint. I'll provide the links but the titles also. Just kidding. For the most part ......
Chris Rupp, Adam Rupp, Austin Brown, Tim Foust, & Rob Lundquist. The Rupp brothers started the Home Free group. Adam Chance replaced Chris as he went solo.
Tim actually has a 5+-octave range. His vocal range is now said to be between 5 and 6 octaves because he keeps working on it. I think someone said Tim mentioned his current goal is to reach 6 octaves.
They are just sensational with a cappella, wow, the best. xx
Tim’s low note and Austin’s ooh ooh!!
Keep the Home Free reactions coming! So many groups have a primary lead and the rest are background vocals, but each one of these guys have the voice and talent to carry the lead. I LOVE THE WAY THEY DID THIS SONG & YOU'RE RIGHT, SO HARD NOT TO SING ALONG😄
Did you notice each member is wearing a blue item?
Rob - Blue shirt
Chance - (5th guy) - blue tie
Tim - blue handkerchief
Austin - blue shoes
Adam - blue bow tie
Should check out their newest it features Chance (5th guy) the song is "can't out run you"
Keep reacting to these guys. PLEASE
There are SO many good ones. Top of my list are Think a Little Less, Sold, I Can’t Outrun You...Home Free is just...indescribable.
Makaria Rhodes I’d say the top of my list is the same as yours. 🙂
Makaria Rhodes oh, pleeeaaaaasssseeeee Sold!!!!!!!!!!!!!
lol It is hard to believe that voice comes out of Rob, isn't it? Home Free impressed me from the start with how "smart" their videos are. If you like how live this video was check out their video of Thinkin' Out Loud/Let's Get it On - a one take 5 MINUTE video. I really enjoy your reactions.
Katherine Riley Oh yes, good suggestion!
I am a big fan of Home Free and as such I really enjoy the two of you guys who demonstrate your appreciation for their talent as much as I do. Thanks for highlighting this awesome group.
Chance is the 5th guy. Go check out "I can't Outrun you" which he directed. Thanks for the reactions guys!
His name is Adam, but his nickname is "Chance" so he doesn't get confused with the beatboxer
I was finally able to see these guys live a couple weeks back, and it was amazing. They sound incredible live, and when you hook Tim up to a bunch of amplified subwoofers, my clothes were rattling. Great reactions guys, please keep them coming. I enjoy them.

Oh, I've been waiting for this one. It's one of my favorites from Home Free. Great reaction as usual.
Austin - High Tenor (second from right)
Rob (Takes primary lead on this one) center
Tim-Bass (second from left)
Adam RUPP - Beat Boxer plus (on far left)
Adam Chance - Baritone (Takes lead second) far right
I'm sitting here binge watching your reaction videos! Love them! :)
Finally got to see these guys live last weekend and they will blow you away... You HAVE to see them in person! They make me happy too 😀
Absolutely love your reaction! I love this video, so happy to see that you love it too! HomeFree are just like that, they brightens the day in many way. Can't wait to see your next HFreaction! ❤
Guys, I think you would love the latest, I Can’t Outrun You. It showcases Chase, who also directed the video.
Rob Thornton yesssssssss... They should react to the butt remix... That remix make my Day...
Also Tim eating a ham sammich
You are the first fry i ever read about who noticed Tims head banning
I'm so sad y'all aren't doing reactions anymore, y'all are awesome ‼️❣❤
Great Reaction you guys, love to see your reactions, plz do more Home Free. They have left you plenty in the comments!😀
You guys are great. I loved your reaction to this song. The dance moves are from the 70's and a few groups always used them when on stage. This is Home Frees' style and a little different, but I loved it even more. Til next time. Bye

what a delight to listen to you! thank you very much!!!
Another killer video. These guys never disappoint. This one is so beautiful.
Adam looks absolutely adorable with his little blue bow tie.
I don't know if you've seen the video of Home Free and Texas Hill singing "Dreamer" - the whole video is good but Rob's singing is just outstanding - so soulful & sweet that words fail me.
You should check out their cover of End of the Road ny Boyz to Men. Rob does his thang on that one!!!
There is a video out there that has all of the songs they did on Sing Off, I highly recommend seeing it, it's great to see them do more live stuff.
Please check out their version of "Sold".
I swear, you guys are amazing! I love you, you always make me smile! I noticed that you like harmonies, so I'd like to suggest 7 bridges road, it's amazing and your ears will thank you 😉
It's always so much fun to watch your reactions.

Adam Chance (the serious looking one) - baritone (new)
Chris Rupp (the short hair one) - baritone (former) and also founder of the band / Adam Rupp's brother
I also suggest that you keep a list of names with you whenever you make a reaction video of any music. 😉
Rob has a voice a smooth as buttaaahh! Am I right, fellas?? All these guys bring fantastic talent to each song. Great vid, guys!
Loved your reaction and you caught Rob’s angelic voice in the lead! Love Keith Urban’s Bluesy version, but equally love Home Free’s Motown-styled cover!

I got to feel the tingle down my spine when tim hit those low notes. so cool
React to Amazing Grave by Home Free! The bass solo is absolutely incredible 🙌🏻
Amazing Grace is beutiful! It's a Peter Hollens Featuring Home Free video.
Yes!!! I hope they do! It’s definitely an amazing arrangement
Ryan E1097 Amazing grave wth
They encourage us to sing at the concerts. We all sing along.
Rob is the Tenor and Austin is the High Tenor; 5th guy is Adam Chance (he goes by Chance Baritone, but sings high and Low)
Love this! Great video guys!
Austin Brown - High Tenor
Rob Lundquist - Lead Tenor
Adam Chance - Baritone
Tim Foust - Bass
Adam Rupp - Vocal Percussion
I've been waiting for this reaction... My fave homefree cover react by you both
Gentleman, I love your enthusiasm, sincere appreciation and delightful humor... please keep doing reactions and if you want to sing along damn it just do it...LOL....I do!!
They killed this cover. ❤❤❤❤❤
Home Free has admitted before that they are not dancers, so I am so proud of them to work so hard on the choreography of this video!
Amazing guys
This is my favorite from Home Free. Thanks.
You are the first ones I have seen react to that moment when Tim drops that bass note.
Please react to Home Free "Butts Remix" medley. You will love it!!

Austin is the Tenor, Rob is the other Tenor, Chance is the Baritone, Tim is the Bass, and Adam is on percussion. :)
My favorite Home Free video. ☺

If you want to be blown away by Rob, you should check out his duet with Austin called country singers try singing opera (Nessun Dorma) I never looked at Rob the same after that :-) Love all your reactions😊

I waiting for you guys sohyang reaction
When Austin was in college (on a full music scholarship) he tried to nullify his Georgia accent. When he joined Home Free they told him to stop trying. Tim said in an interview that when Austin first joined them he'd say something and the other members would look to him (Tim, that is) to interpret.
The "other guy" is Adam Chance. He is referred to as Chance.
Thank,
Mindy
Tim Faust, Adam Chance, Adam Rupp, Rob Lunquist. Austin Brown,
Those are the names of our guys. Learn them.!!
Love your reaction! I see many have told you who is who, so I won't. Please react to their newest release, "Mayday". Tim and Chance ("5th guy") will surprise you...same with Austin (high tenor).
They just put out a new one - last week a cover of Cam's MayDay - please check it out - Tim shows his high range and Chance did bass - awesome video
Waiting for more please ....... Thank you very much.
Austin is high tenor, Tim is bass, Rob is tenor, Chance is tenor and bass, Adam is beatbox.
You need to react to Austin and Rob singing opera, Nussen Dorma. Absolutely amazing
I had no idea what you were talking about, so I put my headphones in. Oh, okay!!!
If you want more of rob watch 9 to 5 and for more harmonies seven bridges roads is awsome
React to Can't Stop the Feeling....love this
No group can sing like them.
You guys make me laugh.
You should listen to him sing a Zac Brown song called Colder Weather, by Home Free
You should really react to Home free's "the butt remix". You will laugh a lot and enjoy it - promise ;-p
Just in case the links decide not to play nice

I hope you like the selection. Holy crow I hope you haven't already seen these but if you have I couldn't find them. Ever so sorry if you have. And no hurry; listen at your leisure. Ya think maybe tomorrow? Or before Friday? Just kidding. For the most part ......
Chris Rupp, Adam Rupp, Austin Brown, Tim Foust, & Rob Lundquist. The Rupp brothers started the Home Free group. Adam Chance replaced Chris as he went solo.
So good.
I'd love to have you guys watch "Take Me Home, Country Road"
Austin = High Tenor; Rob - Tenor; Chance - Baritone/bass; Tim - 4 octaves - bass/2nd Tenor; Adam - beat boxer
Tim actually has a 5+-octave range. His vocal range is now said to be between 5 and 6 octaves because he keeps working on it. I think someone said Tim mentioned his current goal is to reach 6 octaves.
Wow!
