I know this group does not advocate drug usage, but the last time I ever took a psychedlic, I had (fortunately or unfortunately) the most profound trip of my life. It felt as though I was on the brink of death, and realised that desire, or the will to power, is the counter fource to death, decay or nothingness. At one point, it was as if I was speaking directly to God, and he told me that this might have been my last mistake and that I would never go back. I was shown that my desire to consume drugs stemmed from an almost suicidal feeling - which itself stemmed from a lack of desire or will to live/produce life as Elisha speaks about in this video.
This itself was due to a lack of being able to see the bigger picture. To see how I was not an individual, that my actions had consequences not only for those around me, but also for countless generations to follow. The title of this video attracted me, because I was essentially shown that this feeling - the force of life - is the fource of existence, creation. It is the force that created existence out of non-existence, and it is a fource that each of us is given. It was on this trip that I was told, I must accept this force and go with it, or I must give it up and perish right there and then.
I thought of my family, friends, loved ones and repented for my sins against them. That was over two years ago now. I have since gotten married, not touched any drug since, and am planning for children soon. Accept the Thumos brothers and cherish it. It is the most beautiful feeling in the world.

Selfish as it sounds im happier than ever because i knew what i desired and i didn’t want to settle for less. 2 months later i bought my 2nd car, im happy and enjoying life because my 5 months at the gym is paying off!!! Do the get me wrong i always dressed nice and tattoos do help a lot ( i got the tattoos for myself) but getting fit was the most drastic change i noticed when im in social events. Im talking to multiple women now and i really do have options to go on dates but i gotta stay consistent with my schedule and not slip up again. Watching your videos elisha has helped a lot and i got into jump roping again when you posted that video of you jump roping. Have a nice day everyone!!! Remember anything is possible!!!

Hey there my brother ! You know what: I am stuck here in a third-world country, not being able to go back to work as a teacher because of my mental health cripple(3 years now). Yet, I just keep battling for my "spiritual freedom". I AM actually on last stage of writing a self_help book based on my personnal experience. It is so freaking challenging to even thinking of the slightest change but I am just taking my meds, going to the gym, eating healthy, writing, reading, consuming good/funny content, trying to plan long-term financial projects, looking forward to meet the vocation God had certainly put inside of me. One day perhabs, I will be heading to the States, visit the west, ride a cowboy horse, attend to some country music concert, and who knows! maybe settle down and share my tiny little share of existancial insight and common-sense through writing or hopefully meeting and causing with very good wise funny people like yourself good man ! Greetings all the way from the other side of the Atlantic, Algeria. Peace 🖐

Like you said with depression. I think we glorify the idea of depression and use it as a crutch to where some people unconsciously feel like there is no way out. This happens with media, the internet, and entertainment that society is providing. Yes, there are some people who do have an imbalance of brain chemistry to where they need real medical help. However, the 95% of people who feel “depressed” is just a product of their lifestyle and way of thinking. You create good habits, you do the hard things for lasting gratification, and create a good mindset to appreciate everything you already have. That’s when real happiness will shine.

It builds your core strength to new levels, it increases your grip strength, it builds muscles for your entire body rather than specific muscles, your testosterone levels goes through the roof, it strengthens and straightens your posture, builds explosiveness and athleticism, and most of all it helps with your blood flow in the area that matters. Do this while being on semen retention, you'll feel as if you want to conquer any challenge that stands in your way. Lets go fellas let's get to it 💯💯💪🏾💪🏾

The muscle density that deadlifting builds in your back cannot be replicated with any other lift.
You can look at a man who only does lat pulldown (etc) and say "Damn that guy is wide as fuck", but when you see the guy who pulls 600-700lbs, it does not compare.
Also fellas, don't be scared of a little thoracic rounding (upper back rounding)!

You're not right about the first part, someone who does a rowing motion will have a thicker back

@@Ventryx Just look at calisthenics athletes. I've seen both tbh, good backs from guys who only do pullups and good backs from guys who deadlift as well as do lat pulldowns. Still, tons of guys who deadlift a ton and still don't have impressive backs. Deadlifts aren't about hypertrophy imo.

@@Ventryx A hip-hinge and to a lesser extent a heavy standing row are definitely necessary in building a thick and complete back.

Firs time I tried no fap, 1 week in to it, a girl saw me at a grocery store and held eye contact like crazy. The weird thing is she took the long route just to put her cart back right next to me, looks at me with sex on her mind, she smiles and walks away while still looking back 😂 I never seen this shit happen before in my life, man I thought this has to just be a coincidence. But I don't think it was because it happened again. However I stopped the no fap life and yeah I haven't seen a girl look at me like that since.

I can't get the form right, it doesn't suit tall people. I know I could put the weights on a platform, but I prefer squats.
