The tiger shot was done by fixing a wire which of consists of laser lights by watching that light beam Jr.NTR reacted and acted to this scene. Rajamouli the genius said it in a interview.
Few easter eggs and fun facts of RRR: 1) When bahubali was released many people began to nitpick about small things in the movie, they began to look for flaws, one such flaw which was pointed out by many people is the iconic scene where prabhas makes the huge jump in the waterfall, many pointed out that he should take a run up to make such a huge jump, instead he just jumps from the edge, thats the reason y in RRR When ram and bheem meet for the 1st time, to rescue the kid under the bridge while they jump down the bridge they take a run up in rajamouli style with a horse n a bike🤣🤣 guess what rajamouli learns from his mistakes, even in the same scene we can see ram charan takes a flag dips it in the water n makes it wet before he throws it to jr NTR, so that when jr NTR wraps it around it won't catch fire 🔥🔥... Even the scene seems physically impossible, rajamouli never hesitates to show his ideas n imaginations in the most convincing way possible, that scene may be impossible but u could never find any other director pulling of such a scene in any film like rajamouli... But look at the way it was imagined, presented, picturized, the mesmerising cinematography in that scene, the kind of goosebumps it gave us, we should watch the movie for its epicness, rather than being nitpicky about everything.... 10) At the climax that transformation of ram charan🔥🔥, many people thought that was sree ram's avatar, there r mythological references to the movie for sure but its not just sree ram's avatar, its actually the original look of Alluri seeta rama raju (the freedom fighter ram charan was playing), alluri seeta rama raju in history was well learnt man who wears those kashayam clothes fights with bow n arrows, probably the best archer india has ever had, he fought against britishers he got weapons n guns by attacking police stations n british camps, he used the same weapons to attack britishers with his trusted men... At the end of the film rajamouli showed ram n bheem in their original looks ram wearing kashayam clothes, with long hair n beard, bheem with a pagdi on his head n those clothes gond people used to wear... 11) the final RRR fact, For the interval sequence with animals rajamouli shot for around 65 nights, each night they spent around 75lakhs for the shoot itself... In that interval sequence they had to imagine animals were there n fight accordingly, for that to happen n so that each n every background artist to be in sync with the CG animals rajamouli employed different tactics while shooting which were not even used in Hollywood movies, a) for bear they used a person wearing green blanket, since the movement of bear is slow similar to a human being... b)For shots with tiger, tiger moves much faster than humans, so they can't just place a human with green blanket, so rajamouli positioned laser lights following the head position of the tiger, so that camera man n actors can imagine the position of tiger n act accordingly. c) for wolves they used dogs which were trained to catch a ball, while shooting the sequence they randomly throw the balls in middle of men, so the dogs chase the balls, in that way rajamouli captured peoples reactions to wolves, later on during CG he replaced the dogs with wolves... d) for other fast moving animals like deers, they used remote controlled cars moving in between the actors.... Rajamouli in an interview said in Hollywood movies they get to use very expensive cameras n equipment to get these kind of shots coz they have such huge budgets, but to attempt such shots in limited budget we hv to innovate things (jugaad) to get these shots for a minimal budget... One such innovation is using laser lights to represent animal's head movements, he took the help of IT students to place laser lights where required.. Rajamouli says the reason y most of the times we fail to get the animal shots right is animals in real life move at a fast speed any human could imagine, first we shoot the humans part n then we animate animals, so humans imagine animal coming towards them n act accordingly, but in his imagination animal moves slowly, so while animating animator has to slow down the animal's movements to keep sync with human's reactions, ultimately making the animal move slow, which looks fake for us, for this film what he did is he animated animal shots first n then placed laser lights on the set to reflect animals moving n then shot the scenes... He literally made humans run faster n faster, even in the making video named "Roar of RRR" we can hear him screeming "faster, faster" to Jr.NTR while shooting his intro scene😂😂 For that fire crackers scene he could hv done everything in CG but he chose to go with real fire crackers placed on threads, n later on he enhanced it in CG... There was even a mishap where one fire cracker changed its course n went so close to Ram charan's eye, later in an interview Ram charan jovially said that he was looking for the thread after the scene, he was scared later on realising that there was no thread beside his eye😂😂😂.. Rajamouli explains that we should get 80% of the shot by using real props (fire, smokes, wires, miniatures, fire crackers, water hoses etc), then we should enhance it by CG, if we do everything on CG it looks fake...

Hey Jaby, I think most pf the average audience in India thinks of anime as just a cartoon for kids. Thats why they got mad when you compared this with anime, which in reality is an amazing compliment.
no, they got mad because our folklores which inspired telugu cinema's visual storytelling existed since ages and associating manga as inspiring factor would be a huge disservice for our Patam Katha and tholu bommalata.
@@Sai_2346 They did not say the movie was inspired from Manga. They compared it to the anime in sense of amazing fight choreography and action which does not have to do anything with folklores. People should understand what's being said before jumping to conclusions.
Pls don't compare Tollywood & Bollywood Most of bollywood movie or remakes of tollywood &other movies *Proud to be Telugu Tollywood* 🔥 *We have bahubali & RRR* also dubbed in others languages
Exactly, I agree. People watch kids cartoon and expect that anime is the same as them. Not only they are prejudiced, if you say to give it a try, they will watch for 2-3 mins and then say this is for kids. I was able to change minds of 2 friends whom I forced to watch "Your Name", now they like anime. It was only possible because there was Hindi dubbed version available.

I'm sure they used anime as inspiration and your right people shouldn't get angry. Hollywood doesn't use anime but indian movies do which makes it their usp and a Japanese fan base 🤣
It cannot certainly be blatant inspiration from so called Anime,,, it can be just a coincidence that similarities arise in this way of filmmaking aspect which is been followed in Indian filmmaking since decades....
Hey Jaby.. Here in India, Anime is Cartoon for majority of Indians.. People watching Cartoons are considered as a child... It is used as adjective here.. To call a person Cartoon means defining that person as a childish... So I guess you got the reference why Indian people gets offend When you guys describe a movie or a scene as an anime..

He literally made humans run faster n faster, even in the making video named "Roar of RRR" we can hear him screeming "faster, faster" to Jr.NTR while shooting his intro scene😂😂
For that fire crackers scene he could hv done everything in CG but he chose to go with real fire crackers placed on threads, n later on he enhanced it in CG...

Indian cinema has those capabilities to reach that point where Chinese box office stands today....we have even more talent as our movies are being loved by western audiences....whereas majority Chinese blockbusters don't make much money in USA and many of them are full of propaganda against USA. We have a bright future. Today we are delivering one such film a year 10 years later maybe we will make atleast 20 such movies a year. No doubt Hollywood is great but such kind of action and emotional scenes are the favorite genre of Indian filmmakers.
Just need more pan indian films with casts from across the country.

Especially the action sequences. I'm not sure why some people were mad or which side was mad, but that wasn't a bad comparison by any means.
I mean India have a population so large therefore it is bound to upset some people, Best anyone can do is ignore such criticism,

ONER - is actually rare in Indian movies. One such worked was successful in movie called "Sarkari HPS" in Kannada language.
Pls don't compare Tollywood & Bollywood

20:48 hey jaby people in India don't know about anime they consider it as cartoon but those who watch anime they know how great the animation is.
True that
Yep... comparing it to an anime is a great thing
So, this is a reaction's reaction's reaction? Feels like inception all over again

I get you Jaby! Freddie Wong is a legend. he was here before Corridor.
The whole movie symbolizes Ramayana but there are also steam revolution references, and Mahabharata references, also it teaches important lesson about friendship then it fictionally bonds two revolutionaries who never met in real life, all in all if I started writing all the references it would take me a lot of time and it will be like an essay so if you want know how deep this movie is and not just all the VFX and lighting, this movie has no political or any agenda to it, it's just movie that tells a story of it's roots it has inspiration from it's roots, it's a movie made from heart, I guess which is why globally it got so much love, so much that even now people are talking about it.

To explain jaby, bloom is just dispersion of light that occurs due to the lense, and halation is the dispersed light hiting the film of the movie and hitting the crystals of the film and changing their colour, because of the 2 lights hitting at the same time in the same place, it's a bit like mixing oil pastels
This movie was so close to perfect for me only if they changed few things like that prison break scene and the end end part where it felt a bit rushed or convenient for me 🤷🏻♂️
PS - by perfect i by no means saying it would have been a masterpiece or something. A great example of this is Top Gun Maverick which isn’t a masterpiece but so damn fun to watch
