Thank you for this video! I am embarrassed to say I did not know how to install a molly screw. My partner always did these little jobs, but since her passing I am on my own now. You made this very easy. Thanks again!❤
Thaaaank you! Totally gave me the tips & confidence boost I needed. Now my painting is hung, after several weeks of staring at the wall, the anchor, and the painting :D
I have a heavy mirror to hang... I was going to drill a hole first😬 Im so glad I watched this video. Anchors intimidate me. I always think Im going to be stuck with 5 big holes (where I made mistakes) hidden behind my artwork.
I've seen videos where people have used power drills to drill the hole first and then pushed the anchor in. My issue with that technique is how do you know which size drill bit to use so your hole isn't too big (or too small). However, I must say this screwdriver method seems much easier and eliminates a lot of guess work.
thx very much. i just moved into a condo & this is my first experience with dry wall after living in a house with plaster walls. dry wall is a very messy things to work with!!
Thanks so much! So many videos the person talks & talks & talks & talks before getting to the point, you make this very simple & easy for anyone to understand. I really appreciate the help, as I haven’t hung a picture in over five years, and I sort of forgot how to do it🙃
YOU ARE SUCH A BLESSING! I am so thankful to have found you here! Thanks for teaching us (some of us are old dogs attempting to learn new tricks -aka skills- out of necessity!) I, for one, appreciate that you teach like we are completely ignorant 🙋🏻♀️ without being condescending as if we are stupid! God Bless You!
This was perfect! I was hanging my Target mirror and I had never used this kind. I started to hammer/mallet it first and it started shifting. So glad I decided to stop, and found this video before I broke it. Great video!!
Thank you so much for this video-The best DIY video I have seen or heard, no wasted words or gestures, but everything I needed to know is here and well and encouragingly explained! Thank you SO much for empowering me.
Wow! You make a great video! Your delivery of the information is superb! Your clear voice, impecable intonation, and skillful pacing made this not only very informative, but also remarkably impressive! THANKS!
Thanks for the tutorial, no one around to do it but me. My Son gave me the drill as a gift, but he is disable and can't hang a curtain for me. So here im to see what you can teach me.
I’ve watched a few videos and was still a bit confused since I’ve never done this before. But this was the best tutorial Im I’ve found on UA-cam! Thank you so much
Very nice you can just feel the love from this person's voice thank you for this video my only question is whats the purpose of the plastic anchor if your still going to screw a metal screw?
Everytime I need to do something around the house I do a UA-cam search and you always have a video for it! Always so helpful! Thanks again! Also, dumb question but if you are not drilling into a stud, how ling of a nail or anchor can I put in without the worry of hitting a live wire?
Good video - She keeps it simple and knows how to angle the camera so her [fingers/hands are not in view of what's happening]. Important skill when making DIY videos
Just had one of my shelves fall out of the wall. I knew it was because I didn't use the anchor, but figured the screw would be enough... As well as I've never used an anchor before and had no idea the proper way to use! Thanks for the video
Thanks for that - sat halfway through a male presenter not having touched a tool for 3 minutes! He figured females needed to learn the theory behind drywall and using screws before he did anything. Your video is to the point and showed me exactly what to do!
I’ve subscribed the first time I watched her just a day ago. And it just always makes me so happy when she ends her videos with “this is Leah, saying, you can do this :)” aaawwee thank you :’(
Ok, I will be drilling various small hooks in drywall using this anchor. Few of the hooks have several holes in them, one on each side. Do I need to use an anchor for both holes on the hook or will one suffice?
Very Informative. I live your videos because you get to the point quickly without any silliness and your instructions are clear, simple concise AND (most importantly) ACCURATE! I like the idea to start the screw with a screwdriver then finish with the screw gun. I mean what could be simpler? This keeps from fumbling to start screwing in the screw with a screw gun. Thanks 👍😁✋
hi perfect that's very much. got a bunch of the metal ones.. how much weight can I dry wall take? I intend to mount a speak with wall bracket to a drywall wondering if it will be OK long term... also our the metal anchors suitable for brick r concrete? many thanks..
Thanks for the video! So does this mean the plastic EZ anchor is for when there's no stud behind the wall, while the metal or zinc anchor is for when you have a stud? Ie, you should use a different anchor depending on whether there's a stud behind your wall bracket or whatever you're hanging? thanks!
I tried it and put a hole in the drywall. Patched and painted the drywall, now I am afraid to try again. You made it look easy but when I did it the threads ground a big hole instead of pulling it into the drywall. Was I pushing too hard or not hard enough?
Hi, i tried doing this, but the anchor screwed in half way and stopped going through. I did check for stud before i did this. Any idea why it dint go through fully?
For some reason I can’t get the screws to go all the way in. When I use more force with the ph #2 drill bit the screw drivers drills off n injured me. What am I doing wrong? I’m using the ez anchors n screws that came with it

Best tutorial on UA-cam. Short and to the point. Used this to put a plant hook in the ceiling. Thank you!

I have a heavy mirror to hang... I was going to drill a hole first😬 Im so glad I watched this video. Anchors intimidate me. I always think Im going to be stuck with 5 big holes (where I made mistakes) hidden behind my artwork.
I now have 6 gigantic holes.
I've seen videos where people have used power drills to drill the hole first and then pushed the anchor in. @@TaDarling1 Some, if not all, packs of anchors tell you what size drill bit to use to make the appropriate size hole. :)
That's just what I did recently.
Too many mistakes in my wall😂
