    What a great way to start the week. I am STILL feeling a little sore from last Thursday's workout!!! This was just what I needed to get going this week. I was really digging the roll ups to forward fold today -- maybe because it was abs AND stretching in one --- I dunno but I was into it! haha I also really like the leg rainbows to knee crunch. Those were so different and fun!

    Great Strength pilates done.
    But i did saturday HIIT. Becouse i dasen't have time to workout saturday, was busy all the day.

    Thank you Juliette Good workout. It went by fast. Finally, I was in the perfect position for my tricep push-ups and dolphin pose. Yay. I did it! It was brutal but still, I did it. If you didn't sweat prior to that part, trust me you will sweat on this part.
