beautiful class! so hard... i modified where i needed to. Question: how do i stay out of my hep flexors other than using my core? I am doing many of your videos these days and my hip flexors have become quite tight.
They are tight, not hurting, but I know it’s dangerous to let it get to tight. I’ve had L4-L5 issues before. I do modifications and I’m a long time Yogi.
Katie Fragen I was going to say do more yoga with me!!! :) but you already I presume doing good on it! I have been doing yoga for 23 y now and one think I know with age and constant yoga practice hips do get some damage! But on other side, it should not get tight ( it is strange) I would say if it is not hurting don’t worry about it just get more often on restorative yoga , longer holds! Also when you do Pilates when we do hips go smaller range of motion🙏
