This channel deserves a lot more attention just based on the quality and quantity of the videos. Not to forget all the amazing looking food that is being made.
I've been cooking for over 17 years and I have my favorite chefs I learn from to stay sharp... But brother you have the most straight to the point yet informative crisp clean professional videos I have ever seen... You could EASILY turn this into a educational program for profit... If I had 4 thumbs... They would all be up... Now I have to find your location and come see you. Excellent bro. Makes me want to get up and cook right now. Much love from Orlando Florida
I make a red union chutney for my burger and a sauce made from yoghurtmayo with smoked paprika (sweet). Arugula and tomato, a wagyu burger with aged Dutch farmers cheese, thinly sliceso it melts fast and perfectly around the burger, and crispy baced prosciutto. Made it again yesterday after a long time (I couldn't eat normal food for a while because I had 2 molars removed.). Man I enjoyed it sooooooo much. That bacon union chutney looks very delicious as well
I was fortunate to be at the Burger Bash and taste this burger. It tasted better than it looks in the video. Looking forward to taking a crack at it soon at home.
You are the best bbq chef on UA-cam. I feel like with your relatively small following that I have found a needle in the haystack! Keep it up and thank you for all of the delicious recipes
Love your channel. Definitely trying this jam soon. Got me a 36" flat top griddle and I'm addicted to it. I think adding a fried egg on that burger and it would be burger perfection.
One thing I would like from you Chief Tom, is that you explain how the type of rub or seasoning you use, is in taste. Just a brand name doesn't say so much for all of us that lives outside the US. Just a quick description if it's a spicy, earth flavor or pepper aso, that would be very helpful so we can get a similar taste to our food. As always, a awesome recipe!
link to grill press, please tom? the site doesn't have pictures of the bottoms of them. i have 2 lodge presses now, but they don't leave indentations like yours does.
I never knew you could use Havarti cheese for a burger. For those unfamiliar with that cheese, it's from Denmark, but despite living in Germany (where supermarkets are full of products made by Arla in Denmark), I never tried it before. I did try Esrom though.
Love the FUN & CREATIVE names these producers come up with for their rubs & sauces! Where do you get these from, what is your FAVORITE overall, top-drawer MILD, mild rub and sauce? Also, do you have a great recipe for simple, delicious, moist meatballs? Been looking. One more thing: your favorite, simple red sauce recipe that can be used for anything red sauce or "gravy" is called for. A link maybe? Thanks, LeRoy
i think a really great video to add to your channel would be how to treat/care/season a cast iron skillet. only being that you guys use them so often on the grill. other than that, LOVE the videos & recipes!
Wow! That looks totally awesome 👏🤪🤪. I will definitely try that. I’m doing one of your meatloafs tomorrow as the rest of the goodies I’ve ordered from you came today, we can’t wait 🤪🤪
Awesome video Chef Tom!!! That looks killer! Would love for you to research and see about smoking an Al Capone Roast. Thanks for the vids and keep sharing!
I'd rather be looking for some freshness and some acidity for balance, like a slice of tomato and a pickle. The seasoning he used is spicy and chipotle ketchup is also spicy. It has salt, spice, sweetness but not much freshness.
I am obviously finding this video a bit late, the link for the full recipe no longer has the full recipe. If anyone does have the full recipe and would be kind enough to share it I would be most appreciative. Thank you!
I'm glad I found this channel! Great recipes, editing, and personality. For the last month I've been looking at your beard though. Any way you could even out those cheek lines?

Very few things bring as much joy than cooking for people who appreciate food. Thank you for this great recipe!
Thank you for watching!

That is a great tip about the "run your spoon thru it and if it closes slowly it's ready" awesome!! Great job brother!!
Thank you, and thanks for watching.
Been watching Chef Tom for a few years...
You should be on television, you have a great delivery and pleasant demeanor, oh yeah, the food kicks too!
I was fortunate to be at the Burger Bash and taste this burger. It tasted better than it looks in the video. Looking forward to taking a crack at it soon at home.
These burgers look absolutely amazing! You're a legend Chef Tom
I love all your recipes. Greetings from snowy Germany. I cooked your belly burnt ends on my gasgrill in the snow yesterday and in loved it.
Watching this while I’m pregnant and I’ve never craved anything more in my life. Genius burger that I’m sure tastes like a million bucks.

You tasting at the end kills me every time. It all looks sooooo good

Chef Tom ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Thanks for watching!
Awesome stuff!

i subscribed to your channel because of this video and seeing it for the first time
Think I will drop by ATBBQ today and get the spices to make that.
Thanks for sharing that, looks amazing. 🤘
Say hello when you do!
allthingsbbq will do.
Been putting this video off for weeks. Now I must wrestle with the question: why? Awesome.
Wow! That looks totally awesome 👏🤪🤪. I will definitely try that. I’m doing one of your meatloafs tomorrow as the rest of the goodies I’ve ordered from you came today, we can’t wait 🤪🤪
I'm thinking coffee Porter instead of boring coffee... Great looking cook
It’s good on....

I’m 34 I work as I lineman but when I grow up and I can do whatever I want..... I want to be like you

yep. i want one
That's a very nice burger - well done, that's the truth 👍👍👍
Awesome video Chef Tom!!! That looks killer! Would love for you to research and see about smoking an Al Capone Roast. Thanks for the vids and keep sharing!
We have added it to our list.
What skillet and weber grill do u use in the video? What about the blow torch to crisp the onions
Bacon jams just really kick up the flavor of a burger. To your recipe I would also add red wine and bourbon, whiskey, or brandy.
Очень круто! Обязательно повторю!
You make awesome food!!
Trader Joe's has a bacon jam that is pretty good! I'll have to make this though
Trying to get 75lbs of an odd looking jarred liquid onto a plane while sporting that beard must have raised a few eyebrows lol
Ha!
Aloha Snaaaaackbar
jack p Probably helped that it was a pork product!
lmfao. u know it did
Maybe if you’re a racist pos
How many years will my lifespan be shortened by this recipe?
Gotta try this one.. :)
Amazing Burger!!!!!
Can you do a video of how you whould do like a primium/competion burger from scratch.
Awesome
I wonder if you guys could add these vids to skillshare...
Im sure 75 lb of bacon jam cost a lot to make also. Great video.
Hey Chef Tom, what brand cheese did you use? I'd like to stick with the same quality products when I make this for my family.
some jalapeno would be killer in that bacon jam, just sayin
roger robie was thinking the same thing. Just to make it lighter and exciting.
I'd rather be looking for some freshness and some acidity for balance, like a slice of tomato and a pickle. The seasoning he used is spicy and chipotle ketchup is also spicy. It has salt, spice, sweetness but not much freshness.
Yeah! Or like pickled jalapenos you just add on your own on top.
@@rooster3103 That's definitely not a bad idea either.
how long will the finished product stay well in fridge? freezer?
Chef, can I smoke my burger patties and package them and refrigerate?
How long do you think the bacon jam would be good in the fridge?
Tasty!
Mind sharing what’s the name of the wooden spoon with white handle?
I need one of them hats!
I am obviously finding this video a bit late, the link for the full recipe no longer has the full recipe. If anyone does have the full recipe and would be kind enough to share it I would be most appreciative. Thank you!
Go to the website anyways, but search in the recipe section “jam” and click on the burger recipe
How much jam would be needed for say 30 burguers?
I'm glad I found this channel! Great recipes, editing, and personality.
For the last month I've been looking at your beard though. Any way you could even out those cheek lines?
What kind of flavour intensity does the coffee give the jam ?
Great video! is it possible to make this with all kinds of bacon? for example turkey bacon?
Sounds amazing
I watch your videos religiously
This recipe seems nice cuz its a good size burger your not gonna dislocate your jaw trying to take a bite like other big ass burgers
Cool guy!
Hey Tom bacon and onions equal by weight or volume please?
Many thanks.
Can I use turkey bacon?
Great video and recipe, Chef, thanks! Question: what make/model countertop burner were you using?
Def gotta make that jam!!
What’s the best way to get the coffee flavor without having to make coffee???
Drive through at your local coffee shop and give them $3 for a cup of black coffee. :)
is that the ikea french press??? i have one just like it... ;)
Where is your restaurant?
Wichita, KS
Can you add bourbon to it and if so how much.
Why add coffee? What does coffee do the mix?
