Equal Block Division based on Area || Google Earth || Uncut video ||

In this video what i am going to do is i am dividing my CF area into equal block division based on the area. For that
1. calculate area of whole area
2.Divide the polygon into no. of block
3. Create a polygons (no. of polygon) with equal area
4. To reduce error just draw a line between adjacent of block
5. Take only Outline of polygon and line or path developed to reduce error.
6. Kml to layer in arcmap
