Harden would make finals apperences every ywar during prime Harden rockets years if he played in Joel Embid's eastern confence rather than the KD Steph Warriors Western conference.

Embiid choked more than Harden. Harden faced the KD Warriors in his prime, Embiid never had to deal with that. Everybody talks about the Kawhi shot but Embiid averaged 17 on 37% shooting in that series.
That Kawhi shot would’ve never happen in that 2019 second round series if Embiid played better. Harden has his bad moments in the playoffs like G6 vs Spurs 2017 but that’s 1 game but Embiid has whole series of playoff games where he’s playing bad.
Harden playoff chokes are exaggerated but Embiid is a top tier playoff choker

Harden is also a choker but at least he's taken his team to a few conference finals as the best player on his team unlike The Process🤷‍♂️
If Philly were in the West and all their 2nd round losses happened in the western conference, I wouldn't make a 'big deal' out of it.
But the fact that since making the playoffs every year since 2018, Embiid doesn't have ONE ECF appearance is a disgrace. In that time span, only 6 eastern teams have made the ECFs, with 3 of the 6 only having a one time appearance - including last season's Pacers (Toronto & Atlanta being the others).

No NBA team in history other than Iverson 2001
      2007 Cavs
      2009 Cavs
Have you seen a team with out a solidified top 8 to 10 playoff rotation
Make it to conference finals let alone a NBA Finals
I want you to go to basketball reference right since nobody ever actually look at embiid teams in the playoff tab for the the 76ers team roster and you tell me If any of hes teams were good enough to win even on paper
Everybody will point to him having Harden, Butler and Simmons before he fell off a cliff but you look at the team out side of hes starting 5 in the playoffs and you see just how weak the roster construction was compared to the teams he's lost to

@@ColdHoops I know and i'm saying out side of embiid injuries, 80% of the losses have alot to do with roster construction and personnel
Roster construction like the 2019 team:
You can double/triple team embiid cause you only have 1 shooter in JJ redick
      jimmy butler isn't a shooter
Ben simmons damn sure isn't and tobias isn't either
      BUT
Even if you go pass the starting five he's bench in the playoffs was
      Mike Scott
      Furkan Kourkmaz
      James Ennis
      Boban Marjanovic
      Vs Torontos Tops 8
      Kawhi
      Lowry
      Siakam
      Serge Ibaka
      Gasol
      VanVleet
      Danny Green
      Norman Powell
Way more versatility, balanced and deeper roster

I've seen the 80s and 90s. Look at lebron when people pointed out he never played a full season. What did LeBron do? Play ten minutes in game 82 before checking himself out. Just so he can say "I did it". I remember an interview where kobe admitted he was playing less than the 80s and 90s players by using load management. Yes kobe actually admitted this during the 00s even after having prime shaq. Only to pretend otherwise years later. I remember other teams with less help going through more grind while the spurs used load management. That's actually the spurs "playoff secret". Robbing fans of the regular season and their money. Funny how yall are against load manage yet bash Harden for balling in the regular season with way less help during his prime. Then to top it all off, kobe choked 2004. Harden never had anything like this. Spurs choked to an eighth seed in the first round. Harden never had anything like this. LeBron and Wade choked 2011. Harden never had anything like these choked jobs. Harden never had a prime AllStar teammate. Infact Harden never had a superteam in his prime. With all due respect.

His knees look like they hurt by the way he moves. I hope the 76ers have a get out clause in case he gets injured because it looks like Embid is always one fall away from a major injury. Best of health to him. Health has always been the key to his success.

Yall got duped when yall believe the "James Harden cant carry and chokes". "James Harden travels" lines. Bewhahaha. Hey remember when kobe, Lebron, and Wade traveled so much they had to change the travel rule in 2009 to allow an extra step. The NBA released a statement going into detail on why they couldn't call Harden moves a travel according to the 2009 rule change. People tend to skip this part.
Hey remember when Kobe hit people in the head and neck area when defended well on drives. Harden is a cleaner version of Kobe. So it's adorable to see people say "because of the refs". When they let kobe get away with that dirty style of play when he couldn't get past his defenders.
Players like LeBron, Derek Fisher, Ginobili, Luka, Reggie Miller, Danny Ainge, and Vlade are examples of real flopping. Do you remember Lebron flopping in Miami. On ball, off ball, heck LeBron was flopping during timouts. Yet hey let's pretend none of this happened.
I like how yall are against load manage in the regular season. Yet bash Harden for balling in the regular season during his prime. While skipping other teams who will load manage and skip games. Spurs started load management. That's the spurs "playoff secret". That was the whole point of CP3 after 2017. Funny how no spur fans will mention thier entire roster that year.
Heck Kawhi joined a 60 win team while also adding post defense in Marc Gasol. Yet Kawhi Leonard was still using load management. Kyrie played only three seasons with at least 70 regular season games. Yes you heard that right, only three. Funny to watch casual who obviously don't watch the game all year get amazed by Kyrie. When Harden was playing for the Nets. There was a point where Harden played more games than both KD and Kyrie combined and Kyrie wasn't even hurt.
What about how Harden had to play without Joel embiid at one point against both Boston and Miami. Funny how people skip the part where Lamarcus Aldridge had the best playoff series in his entire career vs Dwight Howard. Dwight was playing the least games and minutes during this part of his career. Keep in mind Dwight Howard played in more games with Kobe than in any season he did with Harden. When Harden had CP3 Chris couldn't even play 60 games. But hey let's pretend none of this happened.
I even remember an interview where kobe admitted he was playing less than the 80s and 90s players by using load management. Yes kobe actually admitted this during the 00s even after having prime shaq. Only to pretend otherwise years later.
Look at giannis weak champ. Imagine Hakeem missing games in the playoff while his team advanced without him to the next round during a champ run. Yet that's exactly what happened to giannis in 2021. The 1971 Bucks played against an injured Lakers and Baltimore team. Yet you can still debate 1971 was more competitive than 2021. Which do you prefer? 1971 Bucks or 2021? Sorry Giannis fans.
Hey remember when they said kobe quote about Harden not winning was true. Cute yall. Realized kobe quote about Harden was actually what Phil Jackson said about Kobe in his prime. Yes go back and look at what Phil said. Keep in mind this happened right after Kobe choked with the 2004 roster.
"Well Harden had Mike D'antoni". Let that sink in. Kobe had Phil Jackson, Jerry West, and Tex Winter. Yet still needed to get bailed out. Hey remember when even Phil Jackson said kobe was an overrated defender. He even said to don't be fooled by his defensive team selections. That he got on those teams out of popularity rather than his defense.
Just to it into perspective. Hakeem dominated the era of the centers. Shaq "dominated" the era of the power forward. Huge difference. Spurs second leading scorer (Derek Anderson) was injured during game one against the mavs in 2001. This was their biggest threat in the west in 2001. Sure hope Shaq and Kobe can defeat 6' 0" Iverson. Kinda says alot to how weak that run really is. Plus didn't Iverson get bailed out against the bucks. Right. Shaq and Kobe (not kobe and shaq) got bailed out in 2000 and 2002. Can you even call this a legitimate threepeat let alone a back to back? Cute.
What happened to kobe after he ran Shaq and Phil off? Right. Nothing. Kobe even missed the playoffs during his prime. In his prime. It took three players to replace Shaq in Odom, Gasol, and Andrew Bynum. While Phil Jackson returned. The Rockets took kobe to game 7 in 2009. Keep in mind Tmac missed the entire series while Yao missed half the series. Plus game 7 of 2010 is another example of kobe bricking and getting bailed out. Yet this is suppose to save kobe from the shaq talk? "Black mamba" was a self proclaimed nickname... it wasn't given to kobe. That's the same as lebron fans calling lebron the goat just because he said so. Hahahaha!!!
Hey remember when warriors kept fouling Rockets to keep them from breaking another three point record. They even had Draymond Green commit flagrant foul on the Rockets. This was around 2013. Houston Rockets are the only team in history to lead the league in three attempts and made. While also winning the champ in the same season. No other team have done this even once. Rockets did it twice. 2018 was going to be only the third time in NBA history.
"but but but they missed all those 3's in game 7". Cute, the "greatest of all time" warriors couldn't even win back to back at the time. Hey remember when spur fans claimed Bruce Bowen wasn't dirty. He injured other teams top stars multiple times doing this. Kinda ironic Zaza from the warriors used the Bruce Bowen move on Kawhi and injured him in 2017. Warriors resorted to doing the same in 2018 game 7. Some of those missed threes were straight up fouls. Keep in mind even with the difference in the roster and last resort Bruce Bowen moves. Warriors won by only 9 points. Sorry. Warriors are far from "the greatest of all time". With all due respect.
Warriors have never won a champ without injuries to their opponents top two stars. This includes 2015, 2017, and 2018. Glass ankle curry couldn't even win FMVP until half the league was injured. Cute. Before KD warriors had no back to back and a 3-1 choke job. Guess they didn't believe in curry like they claimed. Kinda funny to see curry fans bash KD for his overrated ring. When curry shares the same overrated ring. They're trying to cut the finger to save the hand.
Hey remember when LeBron and KD blamed the old Rockets and old Celtics for joining superteams in their 20s. Drexler and Charles didn't even join Hakeem until after a decade in the league. The "youngest" Celtics 3 (Paul, Kevin, and Ray) was older than the Heat 3 "oldest" player. LeBron was 25 at the time be created a superteam. That's adorable. LeBron beat only one 50 win team up to 2010. That was a Detroit Piston who didn't even have Ben Wallace.
Plus lebron 2007 team was a defensive minded team. They even held the spurs to 85 or less in three out of the four games. They gave LeBron a chance to win. What happened? They forced LeBron into more jump shots. What's next? His fake 2020 bubble champ that was clearly handed to him? Please enlighten.
Lebron picked up Shaq and kobe selfishness and the Spurs load management tactics. Plus Team USA wasn't the best during the 2000s even with LeBron (including LeBron in 2006) and prime Tim. With all due respect. Plus I like how Tim fans pretend Tim never choked to an eight seed in the first round. Plus Tim choked at the free throw line. Yes Tim was hackable in close games.
All the load management since the 2000s. They're the ones who started the "regular season don't matter but I'll still take the fans money while our players sit out". The superteams getting exposed in their prime when "playoffs matter" during 2010s. Adorable.
