To start, I must say I am definitely happy with this purchase. I have severe back problems from the army and this is perfect! The rollers are strong and get all the right spots, to include far down on the lower back where most chairs stop short. The foot rollers are a great added benefit. The zero gravity feature Really makes all the difference in adding the right amount of pressure all around and relaxing you in the process. If I had to give one area for improvement it would be in the airbags, they don't really seem add as much pressure as I would like leaving my upper shoulders feeling untouched but with all the other positives this is really just nit picking at that point.
