Myriam with a “Y”, first off happy Juneteenth dearest. (Please dear folks educate yourselves about the Emancipation of the last remaining enslaved African Americans 155 years ago) I hope you do not mind me using your platform to say the aforementioned, and please accept my apologies if you do. The reason I am messaging you is to thank you for showing us an easier way to open these bottles of ink. I have arthritis and could not get these bloody tops off to save my life lol. I resorted to pliers. Not kidding you should see them they look like a pit bull mistook them for hamburger meat. I’ve shared with you in the past I’m not a big fan of Marabu however I still pull them out now and then, and so this tip will really come in handy. Myriam with a “Y”, you are the absolute hands down 100% kindest UA-camr on UA-cam. I just adore you as I know many do...🥰

There are definitely some Marabou colors I want and now I know that I will be able to get the lids off. I really appreciate you taking the time to figure it out and to make a video about it. I was too late to catch the sale for the 28 colour set but I did go through and buy them as individual items; all but three were available so I am a happy camper! Knowing how to easily open them will save frustration and sore fingers ☺

OMG I am mind blown right now! I made such a huge mess trying to get the lids off of those bottles and then to see you just press your thumb against the lid 1x and it pops right off! Wow! Thank you!!!

Myriam, I am looking for 99% isopropyl alcohol, but there are several different (or all of the same???) Idk. Industrial grade IPA Concentrated alcohol, anhydrous grade? I'm guessing that they are the same. But needed to check with you first. Thanks 😊

My first time trying to open a bottle was a bit of a disaster. Of course I was sort of holding/squeezing the bottle and gripping/wiggling the top. When all of the sudden it opened and half of the contents squirted out. Bummer.
Next! How do you get the hole in it easily? I had a lot of difficulty! Hammer and nail hard!!!! Thank you!!!!

I’m hoping someone will see this and help. I got my inks and cut the tips off. However when I shake them then open ink goes everywhere. I took the cap off and shook that way too, but still messy. Also I get one drop out before the nozzle gets clogged with the ball that just so happens to fit perfectly on the nozzle hole inside. So frustrating

Do your inks get clogged? Cuz mine are non stop clogged. Especially the metallics 😭
