I would love for you to do a series where you pick makeup to suit different undertones. Ie… if you were to pick out makeup for HLP or Kelly Gooch, Lauren May Beauty etc. I love your take on makeup and color theory.
Does anyone else love rewatching these? 😳 Every time one comes out I swear I’m playing it in the background every night for at least a week. Thank you Kackie for all the effort you put into these! 🥹💗
I will be referencing this video time and time again-how hard was all of this time stamping!? So many!! I will say, I’m a skin twin, so very very helpful! But I love that you swatched darker shades! I think it would be super fun to watch you help someone to find their undertones and what not. Like an active exercise!
speaking of sponges and bronzer, im super surprised to not see basically any one using one to apply. its kind of a game changer to me being someone who like a VERY natural bronze. Like you can't mess it up. Ive been using the Westman atelier stick cream on my hand, then pick it up with an extra lightly damp sponge and it just goes on like a dream.. same with the Clinique gel bronze.
Kackie accidentally yeeting the bronzer across the room was so freaking funny! It’s wild to see all the different shades next to each other. It really does help pick out the right shade.
Thanks to your nude blush video, I realized that the Anstasia cream blush in Latte is actually my perfect bronzer. Heads up to anyone else really fair, it is a perfect rosy bronzer!
omg ! Kackie I adore your dedication, passion, & love for make up. It all really shines through in amazing videos like this one. Thank u so much for sharing your undertone knowledge with everyone. !!this video was incredibly comprehensive & helpful . Appreciate you so so much !! ❤❤❤❤ art math forever ♾
Olive girlie making notes of any bronzer color described as green lol. I don’t wear bronzer, only grey/green-based contours - because I’ve never found an olive-toned bronzer to actually mimic my natural tan.
This was extremely interesting and helpful!! It looks ridiculous to face swatch them all but seeing them side by side on actual skin tone. I needed this. Thank you!
We must have similar undertones. I don’t have all the bronzers you have but of the overlapping ones you have the same loves. I may be a little peachier than you but not much. The one you don’t have that I do is the lightest from Hermes. Yeah. It works beautifully. I’m not in the market for another bronzer but still watched! Great work. Your swatch videos are pure entertainment gold.
Love this, love this! I already bought a couple of these on your recommendation and have loved them (charlotte tilbury powder one and Kaja). One to recommend back to you (as we’re skin twins), is Kevyn Aucoin Contour powder in Light - somehow the colour works magically as 2-in-1 contour and bronzer for my skintone… the powder formula is awesome too.
What a video, thank you and yes, I find it very interesting and it really helps understanding why some colours work better than others if they match your undertones! Also never open the bottom part of the Gucci bronzer or you might forever be comparing it to Maybelline 😮 I just bought Kjaer Weis’ new cream bronzer and it’s fantastic, it also fits in the blush components, so I was able to get a refill. Thank you, this will go in my saved videos for forever references ♥️
The Charlotte tilbury bronzers are reaaaally good on muted/desaturated olive skin which is really surprising coming from Charlotte tilbury being that all her makeup is almost tailor made for yellow under toned tanned people
I depot just about everything (yes - even my PMG palettes… it curbs my spending when I can organize by color and texture 😅), but I refuse to depot the Gucci bronzer. You and Hannah influenced the purchase and it’s incredibly amazing for my skin tone. I love it so much - including the packaging. I wont depot that one :)
That's a great idea! Lately I've been trying to get rid of things but it's so hard to throw away my pretties 😢 I've been swatching and swatching aaand swatching my products and realizing what I have, what I like, what I actually use and what I absolutely do.not.need!!I think putting them together would make it even more obvious.
Super helpful video, thank you !! I ended up purchasing the Saie Fair Bronze. I already own a few of the others. I simply thought the Saie was easier to blend into my skin tone. I already own the Chanel and Jones Road and I've reached my limit as far as how many bronzers I can have because they take a long time to use up.
"You've probably gotten really tired of everything turning bright orange..." YES!! Finally, someone who understands. Huge pet peeve is also when you're trying to find a great contour, and those brands have the audacity to bring out a frigging orange 🤬 contour shade! Now, the majority of people still doesn't seem to understand that contour = shadow = grey toned, and happily adds muddy orange streaks to their cheeks, thinking they've "contoured", but I expect better from the people actually creating this stuff! Okay, end rant 😅. It took me years and years to find powder bronzers that are perfect on my dry, mature, very pale, freckled, cool-toned face. I'm 10 years older than you, and my makeup experiences are even worse ;). But I have one for winter and one for summer now, and also got the Physicians Formula butter bronzer for a bit of a sheen - that's the hope, at least, I've not opened it yet. Anyway, because of "dry" and "mature," I prefer everything cream nowadays. The 3 cream bronzers I have are great in texture, wrong in shade* 😢. (*Your "Cool E.L.F actually managed to create a lightest putty bronzer that is TOO grey. Well, I guess I finally have a good cream contour now ;).) So, I need to find other. The Rare Beauty Warm Wishes stick in Bright Side and the Saie Sun melt in Fair Light are high on my wishlist, but I have a few more on that list. Due to a lucky extra tax return I've managed to save up for months to buy high-end, as the drugstore has amazing creams (Milani, Revolution) but seems to not understand that their cream bronzers have a similar consumer as their powder ones; people with pink or olive undertones want these too... I'm a forced drugstore-babe, so this is going to be a new experience for me. (As drugstore and indie brands are absolutely killing it these last few years, I really hope this bougie sh*t isn't going to disappoint me! ) I was given several recommendations for bronzers that look good on dry/mature skin in summer and winter and thus I've been watching (way too) many bronzer videos to find out which have the right shades for me😂. Yours was one of the most useful RE colour. Based on your swatches, it looks like the two that I thought would be best, have good cooler toned options. As I can get them in the UK, the shipping and customs fees are doable for those too, and I can get the Rare Beauty blushes together with the bronzer in the same shop. While I prefer cream over liquid blushes, I've wanted to try those (Blushophile here) for ages, and Rare Beauty is awesome enough to offer minis! I wish all brands had mini versions. It would mean less waste and - with lower prices - more options for me. The MbM Skin Enhancer looks gorgeous, but I can't get it anywhere. Same for Wayne Goss. And Patrick Ta is a bit of a waste, as it isn't exactly cheap to order for me, but I'll have a powder in there I'll never use. *Btw, I've heard that the Physicians Formula diamond cream bronzer is supposed to be a dupe for the Skin Enhancer from MbM* Thanks to your super useful video, I've just added the Saie bronzer to another UK shop's cart, and this shop actually sells Tower 28! Yay, cream blush for me 😂. Anyway, I'm going to check and see if you've done this for highlighter as well, as that's another category I'm switching in (I'm keeping my favourite powder products, but everything else will become liquid and predominantly cream. My blushes are almost completely cream and liquid based now. It's just about finding the best formulas). I can't wait to try my new bronzers soon. Saie's going to be great in Winter/Spring when I'm the ultimate Casper and Rare Beauty will be excellent in Summer/Autumn when I have a tiny bit of colour and more freckles.
Every time you mention Ingrid I swear I perk up like a German Shepherd: “me???!!?” Also thank you for continuing the “Name In French” bit because I love it!
Huh, I actually kinda like the Nars cream bronzer scent. It doesn't smell like coconut to me at all, and I hate the smell of coconut - I can't use the Tarte maracuja gloss sticks because that heavy coconut smell right underneath my nose grosses me out. That's the only recent makeup product I can think of where I had a problem with the fragrance though, and I used to think I was sensitive to smells, especially florals. But everyone keeps saying how they hate the smell of the Gucci lipsticks and they literally don't smell like anything to me at all aside from a vague makeup smell, so I guess I was wrong and my only true crusade is against essential oils which all smell like Satan's sweaty ballsack to me.
Really appreciate this to really tell the undertone difference. Westman Atelier and Hourglass almost look identical in terms of the redish undertone. It’s interesting that WA works for you but Hourglass doesn’t.
Lov thies videos💗 Lov the saie, kaja butter up bento, umoa, lh bronzer, charlet tilbery, mario sheer, g armani silk liquid bronzer, & thrive mo are my fav!💗👌
I want to try the jones road bronzer gel stuff now. I literally bought the miracle balm...au naturale... in like a fever dream. I don't know how I got it, but now I see I need the bronzer. OK. THANKS KACKIE
No Nudestix? I bought the bronzer stick and the blush stick- I have been using every day for 2 months, none of my other products compare to ease and application/wear. Love them.
The Gucci one is just gorgeous! I love the undertone seems just perfect for my skin, but unfortunately Gucci makeup is not available to get in Norway. I guess my hunt for a bronzer that is fair and doesn’t get orange on me is still ongoing.
That Westman Atelier bronzer....insaw Nikki Rose say that was her fav powder bronzer after trying all that Sephora sells.....and now I want it!! I need help!!!
At first I was like "I miss the days that Kackie would blend all the colours together at the end" and then I realize that blending it might be giving brown-face so I'm actually glad you didn't do that. 😂
Well People now has 3 shades in the powder bronzer, there is a lighter shade than golden hour! There are also 4 shades in the cream stick bronzer, not sure which shade you have but probably one in the middle.
Robert Welsh just released a video saying the UA-camr-to-brand-owner timeline is channel, podcast, brand and I'm so glad you might be proving him right 🤩
Also, thank you for this video. I always appreciate the detail and care you take ❤ I'm a few shades deeper than you; would you be willing to do a YT short swatching the deeper VB Beauty brick shade? I've been eyeing it and would love to hear your thoughts on that particular color- for science (or math? Idk, it's really late 😂)
Armani beauty has the cream blushes 40% off right now if u didn't know . Code: SUNNY makes them 40% like 23$ each they have abunch of colors a few out of stock
I have driven myself mad searching the Makeup by Mario stick next to the skin enhancer, and I will SWEAR to my dying day that the skin enhancer is cooler than the stick lol
WE WANT A CONTOUR FACE SWATCH VIDEO !👐🥺✨️
YESSSS
Yes. Yes we do
Waiting for this still 😂
I love that you didn't blend the bronzers in a act of respect! Thank you, Kackie!
Omg! A collab?! A line?! My heart is pounding!!! Cannot waaaaaaiit! 🤍🤍
Kackie we're here! We all find it interesting! Thank you for continuing this series
“Name in French” was a deep cut haha I love it
I would love for you to do a series where you pick makeup to suit different undertones. Ie… if you were to pick out makeup for HLP or Kelly Gooch, Lauren May Beauty etc. I love your take on makeup and color theory.
Totally agree!
Does anyone else love rewatching these? 😳 Every time one comes out I swear I’m playing it in the background every night for at least a week.
Thank you Kackie for all the effort you put into these! 🥹💗
I save them all in their own playlist and have gone back to watch and add old ones 😊
This is so helpful!!! I’m super excited for Phytosurgence to release their bronzers!
You swatching everything is the next best thing to going into a store and *trying* to do it myself, in order to find the best color.
I will be referencing this video time and time again-how hard was all of this time stamping!? So many!! I will say, I’m a skin twin, so very very helpful! But I love that you swatched darker shades! Yes absolutely!!! Different undertones and shades and complementary colors. Gimmee all the makeup art class!!! 🎨 💄
Yes omg yes I absolutely love this!!! Also, Kackie throwing hints out has me shoooookkkkkk, I legitimately cannot wait!

I would find one of these vids so helpful for that cool/blue toned pink blush (a la the famous Dior blush).
Nothing like a Kakie face swatch video. Love it so helpful 😊
I love green grey bronzer on my fair skin. It looks so much more natural on me. My fav is nars laguna 01. Love the face swatches!
Thanks to your nude blush video, I realized that the Anstasia cream blush in Latte is actually my perfect bronzer. Heads up to anyone else really fair, it is a perfect rosy bronzer!
I needed this to find a green bronzer 😂
Omg the teaserrrrrr 😩👀😍
I’m in my 50s I absolutely love Westman Atelier’s butter bronzer. I love it. It goes over my cream products beautifully
Thank you for this video!!! I want all of the green/yellow bronzers! This is so so so helpful!
The Virgo in me is about to take a screenshot and write in all the bronzers on each swatch lol😅
As a fair, desaturated neutral-cool person I think bronzers are So. Hard. The WA contour stick in biscuit is basically my perfect bronzer color.
Olive girlie making notes of any bronzer color described as green lol. I don’t wear bronzer, only grey/green-based contours - because I’ve never found an olive-toned bronzer to actually mimic my natural tan.

LH's Beyond is a dream come true for people with light to medium and medium skin with Olive undertones, amazing formulation and color

Ya ya I love the “ hint “and I’m so excited !!!🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉 ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Omg am I the first one here? How excitingggggg
Can’t wait to see you as a bronzed Dalmatian 🤣
I love these massive swatches!!! Thank you for this!!!💗💗💗
SO MUCH ART MATH!
Thank you for this video, it will be a point of reference for good two years for sure!!
Loved this and needed it. Thank you! I can't get into the Hourglass either. I use it on my legs. Going to try more desaturated ones.

the reasons, the same reasons - I LOVE OLIVIA RODRIGO
Thank you, Kackie.❤❤❤

Your creativity and talent shine through in every video, it's just awesome😍
SO STOKED!!!! I've got the living room TV to myself, a glass of wine, some chips and salsa, and a charcoal mask. Let's goooooooo
I want the Armani one! You must find us dupes!!!
Love Kiki's Sunburnt as a bronzer/blush.😊
It's such a good one and done cheek color
I scoured to the ends of the internet for that elusive Armani bronzer lol. I settled for 21 warm brown. dear me let it be close hahaha
Did you hint at having your own makeup products. I mean made by you!!??
RIGHT!? Like I know we were not about to gloss over that statement in the video 😂
Omg thank you!!!! I have been checking comments- how are people NOT. ALL. OVER. THIS. COMMENT?????!!!!!😮😮😮😮

GUCCI BRONZER!!!!!!! ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️
Ok, you're funny. I enjoyed this greatly. Always learning about color theory from you. ❤
Wait…..what in the DBH are you working on?!
a moment to appreciate the effort put into this video😭💕✨
Please try the new Valentino Liquirosso lipstick/blushes!
Are you going to be reviewing the new YSL quads 😍🙏
I absolutely LOVE these types of videos. Do you think cream bronzers need to be set with powder bronzers?
Love these videos sooo much and you just made me buy the Saie
I’m wanting the beauty pie ones and the Jones Road gel bronzer 🙏🏻🥰
I’m pale olive I look green next to cool tone hubby. I totally believe in color theory. Wrong color and it makes your face look odd
This helped me 0 on the last 5 I don’t have 😅 I think I am blush obsessed but watching your bronzer video I think I have a bronzer problem too!
Ohohoho, so excited to watch this !!
Loved this! Thank you!
Yessssss so excited for this!
I'm obsessed with these videos 🙌 you mentioned you had 2 of the fair shade of the charlotte tilbury, can I purchase one of you?
Can you swatch the RMS bronzers?
Can you please do a contour swatch video
Sure!
Also what happened to spreadsheets? I'd love one that listed the items under each undertone! Some of them are obvious but others not so much
Hmm okay, so I think that rare beauty “bright side” would be like the perfect bronze/contour color. A 2 in 1 🤔
One product can't do both jobs well: bronzer is warmer than your skin, contour is cooler. I think Kackie's art math would agree.
I always appreciate the detail and care you take ❤
I'm a few shades deeper than you; would you be willing to do a YT short swatching the deeper VB Beauty brick shade? I've been eyeing it and would love to hear your thoughts on that particular color- for science (or math? Idk, it's really late 😂)
Armani beauty has the cream blushes 40% off right now if u didn't know . Code: SUNNY makes them 40% like 23$ each they have abunch of colors a few out of stock
Is there any way you could swatch Shade One of the Hermes powder bronzer?
I have driven myself mad searching the Makeup by Mario stick next to the skin enhancer, and I will SWEAR to my dying day that the skin enhancer is cooler than the stick lol
Do we already have a highlighter video? Or a single shadow video?
Shimmer goos, yes, and single shadows yes, but probably pretty old 🥴
Kackie this video already has over 7k views other people also find this interesting 😂
❤❤❤
What shade is she using in the L’Oréal infallible bronzer?
Hi Kackie, what undertone would you say your skin has?
Neutral!
You have made yourself a gift for humanity... well, at least make up humanity.
Where did you get your top? I❤it!
Clare V!
Not too long ago, Milk Makeup's bronzer used to come with a massive amount of product for $20. What the hell have they done? 😑
👏👏👏👏👏👏😅🤗thanks 👏🌸🌹💖🌸💝
Thank you for mentioning the smell, always mention the fragrance for any product it is an absolute deal breaker 🤢
What is your podcast?
It's called Dumb B* Hour - it's on my patreon! patreon.com/kackie
Jones road has always kinda pissed me off 😒 favorite thing about makeup is being petty for any reason I feel like and not spending money 😌
