set up my 1956 Westinghouse boxfan today, thinking of pulling the roadside find sears in from the shed to give it a good cleaning. probably will fire up just fine.
This brought back memories of when I used to do a McDonald's, Caesars, and Arby's run in the old '93 F-150! As well as just putting around in the '89 Squire! 🎶Memories. How they fade so fast 🎶
I like this car, and it is an excellent idea for this special trip to have food. I used to have a sweet ride, including the blue 1996 GMC Suburban until then in 2018, they trade it in to 2010 Ford Flex AWD (which it was a joke), and finally in March of 2021, they finally trade it in to 2016 Nissan Frontier Pro-4X four door crew cab truck and runs great until then me and my family keep the truck for a while.
My older cousin when I was little had a 1990 LTD Crown Vic and this brought back a lot of memories from that old vic. Although it’s not the same car it’s similar though!
A Lincoln Town Car is basically a Crown Victoria in a tuxedo. Same engine and transmission and on the same Ford Panther Platform as the Ford Crown Victoria and Mercury Grand Marquis.
Thats a lot of money for take away Pizza, I thought food was cheap in America, but everythings going up everywhere. One thing I noticed is grog is cheap over there. Booze over here in Australia is about 3-5 times the price, I saw a 1.75 Litre bottle of Vodka for like $15, and here it would be more than 80 I guess.
@@netherwolf3012 Yes I guess it would for sure. One thing i found interesting was Jack Daniels in the !.75 L bottle it is around $33 over there, and here a discount Grog shop it is around $133.
@@netherwolf3012 Yes most likely, but also government excise tax, it is about $1.50 + per standard drink and normal bottle has around 22 standard drinks.
Do you have to carry a jar of Grey Poupon in the glovebox _just in case?_ Or is that nothing to worry about since a Roycer would never stop by a Lincoln? I wouldn't consider Domino's actually pizza. "Hand-tossed", they advertise now. Man, it's gotten to infomercial level-low now. Around here, I can get a large, REALLY hand-tossed pizza from a real pizza place, made by a real Italian guy, for 24 dollars. If you want toppings, that will be plenty extra. That's New York prices. Today. Tomorrow, 3 dollars more. But it's also New York pizza. I do remember that when that Lincoln was new, you could get a "pie" (as we call them) for an easy 10 bucks, sometimes a bit less.
Yeah pizza wasn't as pricey as they are now. I drove to long island New York once to pick up my 1981 Sony KP 5040 Front Projection TV. If I ever drive to New York again, I want to get a real pizza from New York City. That and I hear that Chicago also has a nice pizza. I drove there once too.
Just letting you know that pizza is no more than $12 if it’s a large or $7 if it’s a medium with 2 toppings.. dominos is a rip off for people that don’t know how to use their coupons on the app or in person
$24 for a Pizza, way to expensive. Thats the price of two sirloin steak dinners at Longhorn steakhouse, Two Costco pizza's and two hot dogs, 6 Wendy's 4 for $4 meals, or two large pizzas at Pizza Hut or Marco's Pizza. Other than that I love riding in a Lincoln Town Car. Very classy and comfortable. 😊

An international crisis will do that!...Unfortunately for us normal people. Makes being a ceo more enticing everyday haha.

Beautiful TC! You still got the studabaker?
Yes I do. If you look closely in my last video of this Town Car, you can see my Studebaker is parked under my car port.
The engine is so smooth sounding!
Love that 5.0V8 ford engine
It’s like a Retrochad video but without Retrochad 😢

Is there a bulb burned out in your speedometer?
Yes, there is. Just need to find time to get to it.
I can get a large pizza with everything on it for 13 bucks at pizza hut 😁😁😁
Pizza Hut is way better too! Domino's is cardboard pizza. Lol
Didnt retrochad and orgasmist1982 have a similar car?
Correct.
