- This week I show how I have my Miller Pipe Pro 400 setup for tig welding. I really like running that welder for tig welding stainless. It has a nice arc and the wireless remote is really handy for adjusting the machine while you are working. I have it mounted in my Ford F250 Powerstroke welding rig. I have some @AlumareelUSA reels for my cables.

You’re one of my favorite UA-cam welders. You’re not an obnoxious loud hick like some other guys.
Haha thanks I really appreciate it. I try to live by the three rules, be polite, be professional and have a plan to kill everyone you meet. That third one is optional for most people lol thanks again
Nice video! I'm always excited when I see an upload from you. One of my favorite welding channels for sure. Whether it's the business end of things, the different welding machines you have, machining, whatever. Anyways, you're the man! Keep it up!
I really appreciate it! I always try to make videos that are informative and interesting.
Nice rig Zac. You’ve come a long way in your welding career. Good job!
Thanks! It's definitely been a journey
Very well done! Easy no BS walk-around with the why's and rationale included. Keep up the great content and best wishes for your business to continue doing well.
Thanks I appreciate the kind feedback
Awesome video Zac, and great setup for doing sanitary work not very often you see anybody with a mobile rig for doing Tig efficiently, but you have a really nice clean rig that's easy to set up and break down....that's half the battle when you're mobile. Love your video's keepem coming👍👍
Thanks I really appreciate the feedback
I was taught TIG in welding school haven't really done anything with it most of what I have done through my career has been shielded metal Arc or gas metal Arc never really done anything with tungsten inert gas but this is encouraging I suppose I should start practicing it again
Definitely a good process to keep up on, I keep busy in my area because I'm pretty much the only one that is any good.
@@DarlingtonFarm I love your videos and your advice thanks again I'm going to do it
@@derekbryant6137 thanks I really appreciate the feedback
Amazing video. I have a 400pro . Older version. I select tig lift but doesn't work? I have to scratch to start the arc. Trying to lift start will get tungsten to stick?
Not sure what would cause that. My trailblazer is kinda like that but not terrible
Can I do aluminum tig off of the 302 Trailblazer? If so how do I do it, Thanks
Can you give me part numbers for the bigger air cooled torch and the hoses you have to get it to work like the hose To the rig gun
its a a heavy hitters 200 amp tig rig. they easy to find on google
@@DarlingtonFarm thanks but how did you get the gas to the gun like what’s the adapter piece you used?
@@Wesley-ly4uq oh I see, I took an argon hose I got off Amazon cut it in half took a barbed fitting from home Depot and just a regular air fitting
Do you still have your redface?
Yeppers, it's right outside the door
Did you title this video 400 pipe pro because you thought it wouldn’t get as many views if you called it what it actually is “the 400 pro” ? Same machine basically minus some bs features that don’t mean $hit 🤷🏻♂️ be proud of your 400 pro
Nope figured more people would see it with pipe in the title
Thank you for the lesson you explain it well
Thanks I appreciate the feedback
