I recently discovered the audio/album LPs of Conan. Great stuff. I didn't realize there was also an accompanying comic to go with at least one of these. I've found the Midwest accents on the audio a bit off theme but it's still a great new production to have discovered. Great review as always SD!
I still have that Power Record with the comic. They had a whole series of them covering most of the Marvel and DC characters, Star Trek, Planet of the Apes, and the Universal Classic Monsters. The 70's were the best time to be a little kid!
Im not this far gone in my reading of the original series, so I will stop this video now 😊 But you are doing a great job so I want to show my support you stygian dog!
Great video. I have both of the Power Records as well and just live them, bas voice acting read-through and sll. Lol. Of Wow! Thank you for the very kind shout out. I appreciate it very much. 😊😊🙏🙏👊👊
Thank you sir! Thought I'd try to put together an ultimate reference material comparing both books. And my brain may have melted in the process! But get this...after a 100 hours, I still enjoy hearing the story. 😂😊⚔️
This was great! A real labour of love for sure. Thanks for doing this sir! Also, is it just me, or did it feel like Xuthal of the Dusk when they were approaching the city gates? Even when Rasto is taken by the Crawler sort of echoed Natala being kidnaped by Thalis. Anyways, thanks again. That was really fun.
Thanks Dog Brother! ⚔️ It's one of those videos that I've spent so much time on, yet will likely end up being one of my least viewed. 😂 But I feel it's valuable regardless. A comprehensively documented reference material for future study. 😎 And yes...very much tunes into the Xuthal vibe.

@@StygianDogs Me too. I love listening to it. Your video was beautifully edited. And great info.
Great video, great story too.
Thanks! Even after listening to and reading the story a hundred times, I still really like it. 😊⚔️👍
Excellent 👌 A deep hyborian dive indeed!!
@@ottohoulihan2743 Thanks! This took a lot of time. I just finally had to finish it and get it over with! 😂
I remember playing the on a Fisher Price record player. It really takes me back.
It blew my kids' minds telling them about how almost every kid had their own personal record player. 😂
