i get same packet loss 5pm to 7am makes gaming impossible. . total joke they wont fix it. i cant get out of the contract without paying for the next 11 months.
They are indeed a total joke. I've just given them my 30 days notice as I'm off to the BT 900 service which as well as giving me double the upload speed, is giving me 3 months free & 12 months Xbox Game Pass Ultimate - all for £11 cheaper a month than I was paying VM for their crappy service. BTW keep on at them to either 'fix or release' - either fix your issue or release you from your contract. My packet loss issue had been ongoing for months, and I gave them the final options of 'fix or release'. As they seemed incapable of fixing things, they released me from my remaining 6 months or so. Bye Bye VM (I've taken all my business away from them inc. landland & multiple mobile phones)!
