Watched replay. Oh my goodness you are so talented and amazing ❣. Love all of them but the last one really is beautiful. Enjoy your day and thank you for sharing your talent.
This is wonderful! I love this stamp set, but I am scared to use it. I'm afraid if I ness up a bunch of scenes I won't ever use it again. Watching you, I now think I am brave enough!!
@@StampwithGailsu thank you for building my confidence. I just got a 44" T.V. to watch my UA-cam videos on. So now It feels like I have all of you brilliant crafters sitting next to me in my craft room.
I love your cards, Gail. I've already made my cards from this set for this season. But I'd get it back out to make that last you one made.. haha. It's different from any I've made, and is lovely. But I don't know what sticky paper to buy for the circle. I looked on Amazon, but I couldn't tell which one would peel back up like yours did.
I’m always in Awe Gail !! Watching you create these scenes is so inspiring !! I wish I could be in your mind to come up with all these ideas 💡 All were beautiful, but the last One blew My mind!! To create the “frame/window” around the scene with the stamp for leaves from this Set was brilliant!! I enjoyed the watercolor technique too! Did you use an ink refill for the Marker? FYI, I pretty sure I lost My Demonstrator status. So I’ll be in touch soon for future order’s. It’s a shame that I spent enough for 2 years but because it didn’t fall into the right “quarter” I lost Bronze Status. 😏
Thanks Bev! That's why I saved that card for last, it was my favorite too. Looking forward to having you back. There's always a great special in January to join again.
I'm asking a serious question here so I can learn. Can you tell me why you chose the 2nd layout on the embossed card rather than the third layout? I mean, all that beautiful embossing - it's just gorgeous. I was thinking that I would have used a smaller picture when you picked up the third card and I went, yeah, like that! so can you tell me your thought process on these two please as they are similar but so different?
That's a great question! I do one card at a time so when I was designing the second layout and had to put a background behind it, plain cardstock looked too flat so I embossed it. For the next card, yes, I could have used the embossed background again but wanted to use some of the DSP I have. I'm more of a texture girl than a DSP girl as you can tell from my cards. It's really as simple as that. The great thing about being creative is seeing things that could be done differently and you just did that. When I had more time to design, I would just let my cards hang on a string in front of me until I saw something different to fix what was either missing or I didn't like.
@@StampwithGailsu Thank you. I like to get behind the process. i tend to have "drudge" days where I just emboss card, stamp, colour, paint then make an array of sentiments etc. Then when I feel the urge (or I have too many items), I start designing. Sometimes the layout will just pop out at me as I'm painting or cutting, but usually I sit and compose the cards from what is in front of me. If it screams for something else, I'll make it but usually restrict myself to what I have prepped without thinking at all. Some days I just choose three colours and prep them but I set them aside as they are a "set" with a purpose. I guess I am a random after all lol. Actually it comes from being a teacher and not always having time to start and end a project. I prep during the term then make in the holidays.
@@shireetropix Yes, you have to do what works for you. As a matter of fact I was going to eventually do a video on making elements. We used to do that for scrapbooking. I have used leftovers from videos for other cards.

I love this scene. I've been wanting this stamp set since I first saw it. Guess I'd better hurry and order it. Keep up the good lessons. I need them.

Thank you so much! I use Avery 6465 Removable Labels that I get on Amazon.
If the sides of the stamp case does not loosen up, run a chap stick along the edge that helps.
I have used candle wax too
I love this scene. You are doing a great job.
You’re such an inspiration
Thank you Penne!
Love your cards Gail. I have this set and it just never works for me :( this video has made me want to try it again............. wish me luck :)
Much Luck! Have faith and trust the process. Play play play
Blowing
Haha Blow Job!
It's beautiful
Thank you!
Gail where did you get the tree embossing folder?????? Great cards...
it's in the winter mini catalog. #153576
Great cards. Were do you get the glicerine?
Thank you! YOu can get glycerin at any pharmacy, walmart, craft store and on Amazon.
Love it!❤️💙💜💗
What is that white thing that you smoothed your card with?
It's a magnetic whiteboard eraser that I bought to use on the stamparatus.
Love this
Thank you!
Hi there. What is the type of grey ink you are using?
It's our Smokey Slate water base ink.
@@StampwithGailsu Thanks Gail. I love all the scenes you do. Only exception is...it makes me buy more stamps. LOL You are AWESOME!!
What color did you use on the sponge with glycerin to make the snow shadows?
I used smokey slate

Why do you use glycerine with your ink?
It is hard but I will try!
It's good to be a tryer!
