Hello friends,
This video is a little different from the previous ones. I’ve truly missed the essence of just vlogging for fun, for the memories, and most importantly, for myself. If you’ve watched me for a while, you might have seen the evolution of my vlogging and editing style throughout the years. I’ve personally noticed a change in my online persona, especially because with each video I put out, I get incrementally more comfortable in front of the camera. I hope to continue to show you my real and authentic self, and I hope you enjoy this little break from job searching content :)

I’m in the same situation, looking for a new job, and this content is very refreshing too. Thanks for taking me to L.A. (since I don't know it), going to the beach, eating different food, staying safe, and loving everything. I think it's important to take time to relax and get away. This content is beautiful. Be proud of it, be yourself.
Girl this is UA-cam . People post whatever they want, there is no expectation, I watch people who have interesting outlooks more than caring about exact topics or systems. It may only reach 50 ppl and those people are so impacted they keep it in a playlist they go back to all the time and that’s just because maybe you showed a sunset in a spot that reminds them of home. UA-cam is one of those things that even with an algorithm still has its ability to allow you to be your most authentic self if that’s what you really want from the platform. And that’s coming from someone who is in a similar job hunt, your vids are so helpful but the rest vlog is just as helpful
My boyfriend was unemployed for months and it was so fun calling him during my lunch break or hanging out constantly. I'm so happy he found a job but I'm not ready to readjust to the new schedule.

I have a lot of respect for vloggers slice of life because it’s your life you can curate it of course but it is raw and you might think like what you are saying now but I enjoy watching it. I actually prefer non professional UA-cam because we all (mostly) have a career or a job have side hustle or whatever and I want to see that part not just pro people just « creating » content. Just normal people 😊! So be proud because you are very creative plus your technical skills career !

I began watching you today because my 15 year old would like to be a data scientist. Thank you for all the helpful tips and websites. As a homeschooler we know it’s going to be a bit tough for him to sell himself to universities but using these websites and having this knowledge will be very helpful for him. It’s also great seeing what such a career has allowed you to do. You have been out of work for months but you’re still able to care for yourself, travel, and pay bills. That is something to look up to and is very encouraging.

I started watching you because I was interested in your life as a data scientist but stayed because of the realness of your videos! I love how you show other aspects of your life and not just work. I really hope you do more vlogs that aren’t about work! I find them very comforting! Sometimes I need a break from work-related UA-cam videos too, especially when it’s time to wind down at the end of the day (currently in my 3rd year of engineering…) and want something that will take my mind off of my responsibilities.

Most jobs are not secure but IT jobs are the least secure. It is always better to study medicine or engineering (other than computer or mining engineering) or law or get some professional designations such as CA, CFA etc. as there are lots of opportunities in these areas.
Self-care moments for yourself is so important for your wellbeing 🙌🏼 I'm happy you are discovering yourself through that. Job hunting can be daunting process from experience. Love this 🤍

I really enjoyed this vlog! These style vlogs were the main reason why I followed you. I am not in the job searching process but know I will be at some point when I choose to move on. I started watching your video when you found your current apartment, and started decorating it. You even remodeled your little kitchen. I like your videos that are not related to your job searching.
But I think it’s quite common that daily vlogs don’t go viral exactly - they are for the hardcore fans, as we love them because we basically love you. They are necessary for sustainable growth as it’s how you build your core relationship with the returning viewers. I guess the big numbers videos are the more informative vids - like the weekly Sunday house renovation vs the vlog catch up. But they are both important.
