lynxx chainsaw failure defective

Lynxx 40v electric chainsaw with a defective chain brake I did exchange this saw at harbor freight for a new one and the new saw has a much stronger detent on the chain brake also the seal was not the proper size in the bar and chain oil lid

Did they replace it, did you have a receipt, and how long was it from when you purchased?

just make some holes and pull it back with wire or something that will make it work

asesor Principiante I took it back to the store and exchanged it for a new one it was within the 90 day exchange window

Mine don't stay running.But the brake isn't broken! Can you bring them back & get a diffrent one

I bought the extended warranty with mine and when I took it back to the store they swapped it out for a atlas 40v saw
