    You could try with rolling paper as well. Modern ones are really thin. And they're glossier than tissues.

      +Thomas that's a really interesting idea. Are they kinda breathable at all? One of the issues I had what that air would get trapped under the tissue.

    on first try if you prewet the tissue with glue it might tears easier.

      Andre Lotscher yeah the tissue is surprisingly strong even when wet with the glue and the glue tacks up really fast when it's thin like that so t would be really time sensitive, if I had an acid free glue with a longer open time I think that's what I might have tried.
