No apologies necessary, great sermon! LOL I find this very heart breaking as well, for the environment and the wildlife that live in it. Like you I always try to pack it out if I can. Thanks for sharing this video and love the closing line "be good to mother earth", it says so much and hopefully those who never thought about it before will do so after watching your video.
Amen brother. I could not agree with you more. Unfortunately, we are preaching to the choir here in the bushcraft community. At least I hope we are. It has always amazed me how a can or bottle of beer isn't too heavy to carry into the woods but somehow becomes too heavy to carry out. Cleaning up after ourselves (and others) is a message we as a community need to be promoting to all woods goers
Fully agree, and I would bring these kinds of peeple directly to prison...but maybe these kind of videos help... Check out Yuri Palma Channel too, a supertalented guys (I don't know him personally) who should have much more support because make AMAZING landscape videos and helps community to understand beauty of nature
Tell you right now some people have no respect for our earth! I have carried trash bags in my pack for years cleaning up the river banks!! Plum feed up about these litter bugs! Thanks for sharing your thoughts and a fire! And that camp cup is awesome! Thanks for cleaning up after the slobs man!
Sadly there are many that have become fat, lazy, and entitled. It's not just kids either. It started with lazy self absorbed parents. So yeah, This really gets me really upset too. Thank you so much for dealing with this and speaking out. Every voice helps. :-)
This is really heart breaking when you see this kind of disregard for nature. I have seen many times where people have hauled garbage out to the woods just to leave it there. After looking at it and packing it up to get it out there was nothing to hide it was just garbage. It took more effort to ditch the garbage then it would have to just put it in a can somewhere. Sad
Last week i was sat outside a shop and there was a kid sat on a wall not 5 feet from a rubbish bin and she still threw her wrappers on the floor, i got out the car and asked her to pick it up, and i was the one who got the evil stare! Some have no respect for where they live nevermind the outdoors, its absolutely infuriating mate!
Great message Wayne we must all do are part thank you brother
You're welcome brother...really angers me man
