Ito ang gusto ko ky architect ed kumpara sa ibang architect vloger, yun iba puro ganda lang, pero ky architect ed practicality tlga

Kapag stress ka parati lalo ka ma stress sa industrial type na looks. Un ung opinion ko ha.

❤❤❤ what we did to achieve the plain/smooth concrete wall finish was we applied liquid skim coat mixed with cement..and seal it with water repellent if we want it matt finished... if you want it glossy you can top it with concrete emulsion 😊

Agree ako dito. Di ko alam kung bakit pero kahit nung bata ako, mas magaan pakiramdam ko pag bumibisita ako sa bahay ng mga kamag anak ko dati sa probinsya na mukhang unfinished yung mga bahay, yung puro semento lang tapos exposed yung mga kahoy sa bubong.

Ang gusto ko pO matutunan yun pagpapagawa ng bahay na SRC way. Sabi mo pO 4x stronger than hollow blocks at you can save from 20% to 30%.

Sir Ed Ito talaga yung vini visualize ko na gusto kung mangyari sa bahay ko .Lalo na pag dating sa flooring at kitchen .Hindi naman po sa pag titipid pero ayoko talaga ng mga makikintab na tiles na uso ngayon ang hirap e maintain lalo na pag nasikatan ng araw makikita mo na mga visible dust . You know what i mean hahha ha ha 😅😂tama ba mga sinasabi ko . Excited kasi ko dito sa bago mo video vlog😉✌️

Regarding sa used pallets, ang kagandahan ng charred wood ay pest resistant and apply a coat or two of sealer or oil, this is also known as shoshugibon.

Arch. Ed Hindi ba lalabas na magiging equivalent parin ng paint finish ang paglalagay ng skim coat then sealer coat?
Among your pegs the very first one with the bare concrete ceiling and the one with the Eames chair were the best for me. Many of the other pegs look quite expensive. I used to work in an advertising agency that had a polished bare concrete floor and I thought it was great! The cement kitchen countertop is also super nice. Sana magawa ko sa gagawin kong rest house. :) Thanks for a great video!
Since I want a bright and airy house parang di ko kaya na bare concrete ang dingding sa loob ng bahay pero polished cement floors game!
