Para sa akin, yes. makakatipid ka sa minimalist design if you compare it sa old traditional classical styles. minimalism is simple, functional, sleek, clean, low maintenance, uncluttered, no fancy ornamentation and timeless....in other words, "it is a machine for living in."(Le Corbusier) and "Almost Nothing"(Ludwig Mies Van De Rohe).

Madami narin ako natutunang idea sa minimalism almost a decade na din ako naging fan ng nito maging sa way of life na minimalism. Pero andito ako para makinig sa master Architect Ed 😊 at matuto pa ng mga bagong kaalaman at mas humasa. alright! 👍

I think, Minimalist design is the hardest to execute. Since, normally, limited ang elements na gagamitin, but those elements should work together perfectly and still maintain the balance without limiting the purpose of the design. I, personally, like minimalist designs... less sa visual noise. Kaya mga nasa moodboard/inspiration board ko for my dream house talagang limited sa 2-3 colors, materials and patterns.

@@ArchitectEd2021 SIR ED, mayroon sana akong tanung, mayroon ba tile protective coating? Sealant na sya, at thesame time gloss finished? May nakita sana ako pero sa ibang bansa. GLAZEGUARD sa AMAZON. wala sa lazada.
May tiles kasi ako sa CR FLOOR PORCELAIN, hindi sya glazed, hindi makintab parang totoo na wood plank pero parang naging dull sya dahil yung mga carpentero ko hindi maiwasan madumihan. Maraming stain at saka tuloy nawala ang kanyang gloss. Mayroon kabang recommendation na solution pare sa ganyang tiles sir? Para mai-balik ang kanyang kintab at protected pa sa tubig ? Salamat sir.
@@assessoroffice7212 yes sir meron pong mga gloss sealer na mabibili sa mga home depot. Marami pong brands to cgoose from.

Mini means small, that’s what we commonly think about mini root word, Sa Japan kaya nauso doon ang minimalist dahil mahal ang lahat doon. Pata bayad Sa tax govt. if big yung house nila at Sa land tax din mahal, kaya almost house there are 2-3 floors mahal din ang lote. The word mini = small tiny, tiny din ang mga furnitures mo at mga built cabinets ang papagawa mo, kaya Mas maka mura ka in total if mini Lang house mo.

Elegant Minimalism is EXPENSIVE.
Parang nabasa ko yang bahay na tinayo ni Van der Rohe decades ago. Not sure but if i remember correctly it was wrapped in controversy, he was accused by the owner to have put his vision as an architect before the needs of his client. I think client sued him.

Technically po ito ay stucco. Peroang technique is venetian plaster. Gray skimcoat po ito tapos coated ng sealer.
Hello po sir may tanong po ako ung pa wall po ng bahay nagagamitan ng yero napansin ko po na ung iba is puro bakal ang gamit nila ung iba namn po is ung bakal ginamit lang nilang haligi tapos ung pinakaginamit na nilang kakapitan ng yero is furring metal na nalilito po ako dto sa dalawa sana po may masuggest kau saakin kung alin po doon sa dalawa. Architect, ask ko lng po, pwede po ba gamitin ang sealer na ginamit nyo sa house mo, ung fcb tpos nilagyan ng skim coat and sealer. If sa concrete wall ang gamitan, after ng skim coat?
