Omg at 8:00 when Michael says "Ohhhh I should get my shields back." He looks right at the grunt and I thought for sure he was going to melee it like LASO.
Throughout the whole video I kept thinking "they're going to shoot or melee them".
That face and noise Michael makes at 3:33 is everything Gavin is to Michael 😂. Then proceeds to pour a shot. The summarization of everything. I can see him making that face at his kid 😂

My dad apparently kept getting lost in the beginning area for nearly and hour and just ended up turning his xbox off and I kinda just laughed

When I was little and played on the og xbox on the second level when you first get the warthog I got so lost I stopped playing and never touched it until MCC years later lol

@@theCelticDragon1 No, it'd be too jarring, they couldn't get in the groove (which you'd need for legendary). The entire video would be the new team getting on and going "what are we doing again?"
or do a race between the two teams even if just for a single level. otherwise yea just switch teams per level.

They just did 3 for LASO and they loosely plan to LASO Reach, ODST, 4 and 5 at some point. 1 and 2 are only 2 player and after this Id like to see them make plans for them as well. (Mainly to see them react/tackle 1s Library and 2s Jackal Snipers)

As a longtime Halo player, this video hurts my soul. I hope they beat it, of course, but it hurts not being able to shoot and melee all those enemies...

Unfortunately Halo CE and Halo 2 are a 2 player co-op only. You can't play with 4 people. You can however make it a vs to see who beats it first.

I played this level so many times before I got the full game. It was the PC demo level and I must have beat it a million times lol
Same, but I never got the full game because the sequels were never coming to PC and just be an insult to PC gamers.
I first played this (and Halo 2) on my original xbox, I don't remember what levels they were, but there were 2 levels I just couldn't beat so I had to play the same ones over and over again, I think I was somewhere between 10 and 15 years old, it wasn't until I got Halo CE on the 360 when I finally beat the whole game, I believe it was either Reach or Halo 3 that was the first Halo game I beat start to finish.

Me and my friend have been meeting up whenever I’m back home from uni to play through the master chief collection, turns out this game on split screen is really fun when you both get drunk and start killing each other mid combat or pushing their analogue sticks so they walk off cliffs 😂😂😂

Can we please get more of these Halo 1 co-op Play Pals, specifically going for the tough Achievements? I'd love to see Gavin and Michael doing the Two Betrayals Achievement to finish it without picking up a new weapon or without killing Grunts on Legendary!

Ah man this level was the PC demo, back in the day when game demos were a thing. I must have put dozens of hours into that, learning how to play and what each weapon does. I remember getting salty as hell until I worked out how gold Elites work. This is hitting me right in the nostalgia.
Oh, I'm so glad to see them play more Halo (without Alfredo, Trevor, Mica, or whatever her name is)! Glad to hear that there's going to be a part two to this!
