You can tell that he's making it a bit, he cracks up a bit when he brings it up at times. Either Gavin doesn't realize what's going on or it's one of an endless series of in-jokes.

Actually, with the Battery Rifle, the bar on the bottom is the overheat explosive bar. The circle on the top on the gun is literally the spin-up fire rate. More the circle is filled, the faster it goes, but if the bar fills up beneath it, it blows up.

The Hunter that suprises Michael when they leave the Cartographer in the Hoglet is the one that Gavin knocked into the sea earlier! His buddy is still dead when they reach him again. He walked all the way back to his original spot!

Fun Fact, you can shoot the "Death Cubes" that the Hunters fire and makes them explode. It's probably the best way to deal with the Hunters in the Cursed edition. As soon as a Hunter fires a cube, unload into it so it explodes the closest to them for the most damage.

There's no other cursed halo but there's a cursed dark souls by the same creator.
Only have Halo:CE atm
With the amount of work into the cursed mods it would take years to have one for each.
There are others but they’re not made by the original guy, so they’re not as crazy Halo 3’s seems ok, but Resch’s is awful and unplayable.

7:35 this is totally doable, we managed to take ours all the way down and back out when with my friends (it took like an extra 30 minutes but it's possible!)

I love how Gavin likes the plasma pistol and Michael likes the assault rifle, but Gavin knows how the assault rifle works and Michael knows how the plasma pistol shoots explosions, what a great dynamic.
I wonder if they know that this mod also has PvP multiplayer...

They finally figured out the battery rifle.
I can't believe they didn't have a proper Dancing Queen explosion in 4 levels. Not throwing a lot of d20s though. I chucked them out left and right when ever I found some just to see what happens.
They had one towards the end of the last part right at the end
This wasn't a very d20 friendly level. The next may be different with more marines. But really it's once they hit the flood that all hell will break loose

Gavin has a great laugh. I should point out that I just got out of the hospital. High blood sugar affects emotions. I don't know how many years I have been sick. I was so unhappy because I didn't have my insulin. The point is I never noticed how enjoyable Gaven's laugh is.

Achievement hunter is completely different, with few original members remaining, but at least play pals is still the same.
The whole rocket launcher hoglet part was great to witness. It's not playps if they're not trying to beat something in a way that they absolutely don't have to but just tell themselves they do
I feel like the d20 have more effects if your solo than if your co-op. Ray got so many different ones while the boys keep getting the same things most the time
Every d20 that is debris is a cool warthoog explodeing..

The thing I like about the silent cartographer if you have a old computer was you could see what's under water. I've always hated when it get a better computer and it was all foggy looking. I used to do a lot of funny things with the marines in the water on some parts of the map.
Also looking at the island from underwater was actually pretty good looking. I wonder if I still have that old screenshot.
I saw this drop when I was on vacation and was like "YESSSS" Now I am finally getting a chance to watch it.

Halo Modded LASO would be a very interesting series.
I love the hard cut of Gavin falling off again and into Michael driving.
I forgot that the master chief had to deal with flashlight battery. He's literally wearing a nuclear powered super suit that produces enough energy to create a forcefield powerful enough to stop a hail of bullets, but the flashlight lasts 2 minutes.

@@dinimit4 if i recall, everyone was going nuts over Michael just carrying his original backpack in his inventory when he clearly had a better one, so he kept it the whole playthrough just to trigger them
@@benlamont7349 not only that, he complained the WHOLE time about the lack of inventory space, JUST to trigger the whiners more.

i absolutely hate modern rooster teeth and achievement hunter (my opinion) but seeing Gav and Michael enjoying cursed halo is a breath of fresh air
gone are the days of halo reach fails of the week and achievement horse on forge maps but hopefully with infinite they may one day return
