City of New Orleans Announces Preparations for Tropical Strom Francine

On September 9, Mayor LaToya Cantrell was joined by New Orleans Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness (NOHSEP) and local leaders to provide updates on preparations for Tropical Storm Francine.
