Great video. I missed that first Stryfe, but this new one looks like it’s the clear winner so I’m glad I’m gonna end up with a better version of the character. Wish he came with the sword the original one had though, if I recall it was sculpted to be the one he used to injure Apocalypse which is a cool detail. Pretty Boy looks really cool too, seeing the Reavers coming together is really good. Skullbuster was an underrated figure in that Caliban wave IMO, hopefully people appreciate him more now that he’s got a team. Glad I got this set coming eventually. The X-Men figures of late have generally been really good.
They could've given Prettyboy some Double jointed Knees and a swivel at the lower leg. Still gonna cop him to make Metallo or Brainiac. The rest can be thrown in the bin
I am interested only in Pretty Boy, as that body looks like a much better fit for Silvermane than the one they used for that Spidey boxset. I also put a coat on my Machine Man, but I used the Mezco Hellboy coat since my Hellboy is posed in his full demon/topless look. Crazy how well that Toybiz Gambit coat has held up!
I used that older 2014 or so Cable figure for my Reese. With its technorganic arm & neck it fits with the rest of the Reavers Try it & see what you think 👑
I mostly wanted Pretty Boy to go with the Reavers, But hopefully he will get a single release somewhere down the line because the only X-MEN villains that I will get are the FA Sabertooth, 20th Anniversary Toad, Avalanche, and Dark Phoenix, Great review Boog.
The vest from the jazware fortnite abstract is perfect for that pretty boy. I have one on the silvermane buck with a Peter Parker head as a stand-in for now.

I know I keep asking for more main course too I guess I just want more boog in my life. I know your a busy dude though its all love man here to support you regardless of what you do! Regarding the tattoos, I learned of this back in 2018-19 while designing MLB player tees for my company. You have to purchase the rights from the artists who put the tattoos on the players in order to sell product with the art. Comic book characters etc aren't a part of that category seeing that the full rights are licensed out by their respective company. It sucks for accuracy but ain't nobody paying for that extra cost. Only the 2k games and other publishers will shell out for the most part.
I'm real twisted on this pack. Stryfe is nearly a must buy, i hope they reuse pretty boy somewhere I wanna army build that buck, but then the budget just gets so thin that there's not enough to really do the rest of the figures justice. Random should have been on the Omega Red for sure. I dont know what my magic number will be but this set will have to go on clearance for me
If I had this 5 pack I would use the Zero figure to make a Comic Book Spot because the one that leaked from Across the Spiderverse wave looks too thin for my liking.

Pretty Boy had that weird ability to hack peoples minds by extending green wires out of his eyes and attaching them to his victims. That is the only connection to the green blast effects I can think of.
The tattoos 4 the NBA players wasn't used because they're tattoos are personal (a slogan, religion, etc) or have third parties approval ex. - family members

The hands that come with Magneto with the white costume would work well with Zero, I've been using them for Moonknight as well✌️

Great review! Looking closely to pretty boy's knees, they look double jointed, there looks to be a hinge in the lower knee part.

Random will get rereleased again with the interchangeable hands but that could be years from now like how they did cannonball rerelease with legs

A sculpt without the cloth wrinkles for Zero would have been super good.. and reusable for other characters as well
