This must of been greed-driven. I would like to know how much land Mica owned on her own. I would like to know how much land they own together. I can't find out acreage, and I've tried searching for it. That state park where she died, I believe near JPs attorney ... state land just passed new legislation. Iv'e got a bee in my bonnet, and I want to know about their land.
Title search should be easy enough.
I believe hes responsible for her death and I hope her family keeps fighting for justice 🙏🏻
God Bless Mica and hope justice will be served…better to have this creature away from what else he ‘serves’ up to his church people…very disturbing and scary, the people some follow. This ‘man’ was on heavy doses of lithium and who knows what else…but his own admission 😮

I'm confused on what would constitute her estate. Would it be half of the marital assets even though she had served him with divorce papers? She had no access to $ as she couldn't make her car payment.

He pulled the trigger no matter what period it’s obvious. She wanted the weapon for protection !!! He was stalking being crazy he’s a nut case she was worried she wouldn’t survive the divorce 48 hours after filing and smiling buying her protection weapon while he’s stalking and scared of her getting a gun this happens what all we have seen. Is that he’s guilty. And the police there better get on board and on top this case taking over.

Its amazing that she made such a bold claim about fearing for her life while at the same time, had no value for her life. If someone was following her around, she wouldnt have needed to call the police to tell them where she would be found. AT the end of the day, self pity is a strange thing.
Her husband has much to answer for, his crocodile tears are not especially flattering to him at this poignant time in his life!
She was murdered. She purchased that gun for her own self-protection against JP and his thugs. She left evidence against him. He and his thugs were gangstalking her, vandalizing her property, terrifying her. She was terrified of him and his thugs and rightfully so. Video shows she was being stalked. She packed herself a sandwich. She didn't kill herself. She was murdered.
This family is out of control. When one is married, a legal contract, all personal affairs fall to the spouse. This family would not leave poor, JP, alone with HIS family. Where are the police filings for domestic abuse? The suicide was most likely complaining incessantly about whatever in her marriage. All the family’s statements are, “Hear-say”. Absurd.
None of them are innocent. One cannot deny the JP was a narcissistic abuser. Her family has a history of blame shifting and providing misleading information. Mica grew up in a toxic family in a toxic church under a narcissistic pastor. Is there any doubt she had some issues of her own? Still, it does not excuse JP and his behavior. He is the one that is most responsible.
"Poor JP"??? He killed Mica or he had someone else do it for him. Sympathizing with the abuser is what other abusers do. JP is a Narcissist, that much is extremely clear. JP abused MIca and continued his abuse of Mica after she left him and even AFTER her death. JP is despicable and those aiding and abetting him are also despicable. Justice for Mica.
