Awesome clubs! I have thought that with PXG’s weight manipulation ability they would be the ideal ones to try one length irons. I have never tried one length but as I am getting older, the idea of bending over less seems like something I would try!😃
I am debating between the PXG Gen 7 XP or the PXG Black Ops 5 - PW , GW other than the 520 canadian dollars difference in price I am still having a tough time choosing ( I know first world problems ) I am 59 and play with a 8 handicap arthritis and father time is catching up to me so i am looking for something forgiving and easy to hit and something for distance also your thoughts ? or anyone elses is welcomed thx cheers from Canada
And how is your strikes with those? What made you decided to change? The BlackOps would play very similar to those are you looking to gain more distance or just a higher flight?
I picked up the xcor2's, 6-LW, 8 clubs in all at just £69 per club with PXG's Heroes program. They are fantastic, I later added the 5 iron and a 317X 4 driving iron. This also netted me 12 PXG extreme golf balls and a PXG camo golf cap together worth another £80. £'s to performance there is simply nothing to compare. However.....I now want the gen 7's. Damn you PXG. 😂
I have the xcor also and love the shape and size. I want someone to compare them side by side. I'm curious if they are closer to the P or XP as far as distance and offset and shape etc.
I brought the Gen 6 in Apr this year, i would not be able to justify buying another set LOL look very nice. I have the black ops driver 3 wood and 2 hybrids, would like to see the black ops irons
Big name clubs1500.00+ Vs Takoma 600.00ish the choice is easy because the difference in play for a high handicap or med handicap player is ZERO. The only reason is looks or to have name brand. There are other golf items I could buy with the money saved like, new drivers, woods, putters, range finder, launch monitors... as much as I love these new iron, the money difference for what essentially is the same quality product is just silly.
Why would you fly all those miles to get fit by a premium golf company Like PXG and NOT put these clubs in the bag? I cant see spending over $3000 for a PXG 14 club fitting and just get the clubs for a review. I have the PXG 0211 XCORE 2, full 14 clubs in my bag I was fitted for a year ago and have no intentions of buying new clubs , I am 63 and will DIE playing these as these were my Retirement present to myself !
Thanks Chris. Dave's making me feel much better about my legs.
😂
New PXG slogan, These are so Good Even Dave can Hit’em! 😂
It must really be warm in the UK with Dave in the shorts. Dave you must get some sun on those legs
They just never tan I’m afraid

I got fitted for the 317t irons, great irons and certainly helped with my consistency and dispersion. Love the brand. Only wedges not in the bag. 👍
Surprising the height Dave is getting on the P models even with them being 2 degrees stronger than his 101T irons.
I'm Still gaming the chunky original Nike slingshots 🤦🏻♂️😂
Dave with his leeds uniform on top and shoes ❤ it 👍
Dave would definitely buy those...if he wasn't a Yorkshireman! 😂😂😂
Was Dave in It An"t Half Hot Mum with those shorts.Black finish how long will it last!!!!

This is the exact video I was looking to film today. What clubs are you currently using?
@@ChrisDennisGolf i am currently using the Taylormade Stealths i actually just sold them

how are the xps compared to qi10 or g430 irons?

Terry, how do you feel about your new irons? Did you improve your game? I’m on the fence.
Play the 317 irons. Love them
Best clubs on the market for the money..
Can you describe your simulator setup? It looks awesome
holy smokes do i want that bag!
Is that Dave or Don Estelle 😳, sing lofty sing 🎵 whispering grass don’t tell the trees 🎵
Wasn’t Don Estelle (Lofty)short, plump and wearing glasses? A bit harsh
Low spin? Getting any knuckle balls ? That’s been my issue with previous gen’s
Pxg irons are the best for front to back dispersion.
Great comparison with Dave, PXG seem to be meeting the broader market
I like the 0317 t better
