So this is my Toyota Rav4 that I modified it to do some Off Road, Overland or Off Grid vehicle. Pretty much I did the work most parts that I use is from different car that I modified to fit to the Rav4. So far I love what I did to rav4 never fail me to go places that some people would say a Rav4 can't go. Cool modification! I would like to have the link to your front bumper? I really love the idea of using truck bumper and doing some modifications to make it fit on SUV.
I appreciate the enguiniety. RAV4 is definitely a soft roader. Off road? Thats departure angle and clearance would cause a lot of problems. Mpg is definitely the only advantage of a stock 4 runner. If I had choice between a new rav4 “off road” at 37k vs stock 4Runner
. 4r all the way. Plus way more options for aftermarket add ons. But hey to each there own🥳.

Hi Jeff, I just watched your video and I am wondering if you have a video or pictures of the modification of the tire carrier I am working on my own modification of my tire carrier, it be great to have some feedback from your experience.
The only ravs that had the tow hooks where the ones produced in japan, the american/canada ones you have to remove your bumper to see the frame in which the eyebolts would be bolted into. The only other way to recover is going underneath and attaching a rope to the subframe.
No front end sag with the bumper? I was thinking of getting the LP bumper but someone said I may get some sag. I put on the Eibach springs

Sorry if you already responded to this question: What did you do with the spare tire under the rear cargo area? Since you have a fullsize spare on the back of the vehicle I'm curious to see what you did with the factory spare tire area
Well I was planning on building a drawer but for now remove the spare and I just put my tools there
