I’m a happily riding Phantoms 1280 and 1780. Here in Dubai wind is 10 to 15 knots most of the time, and I am 90kg. I use 1280 for wave days, and 1780 for downwinds and lightwind days. What would be the gain to swap the Phantom 1780 for a SevenSeas1400 in both lightwind and downwind vs the 1780?
Hello, the gain to swap the Phantom 1780 cm² for a SevenSeas 1400 cm² are :
- lightwing: more speed a bit less planning
- downwing: more speed and more glide
